The screws of the chair were too short for connecting the arms. It was hard to assemble with minimal instructions.

This chair is everything it claims to be!
Very happy with it
Supposed to be for up to 180kg,the arms are too close and gives no room to fit

I will grade this as no star or if you have a negative 5 star would be more appropriate. The design of the chair was faulty and does not allow me to screw the arm rests with the base. None of the resolution from harvey norman works for weeks of email. I have been requesting for a full refund for this item but no action from harvey norman online or supplier has been done to tell us how to refund. Item has been sitting here and can't be use. It is very disappointing. We don't want a replacement as it would be of same issue and we want our full refund back.
