This was hands down one of the best things that I got for my mini poodle pup when she came home. I got it at near half price but would have paid full knowing how much it helped her sleep soundly in her crate at night. She would sleep beside it or lean up on it and on top of it. Now that shes a little bit older leaning to more 12wks its turned into one of her favourite toys to try and murder. So it is certainly multipurpose. Only one issue, which was very minor. On occasion the 20min cut off wouldn't activate and the heart beat would be beating thoughout the night, which isn't that much of a problem but the battery life isn't the best. My little 11 week old Cavoodle has been a bit unsettled with her naps and also overnight and this lamb (wrapped in an old shirt of mine) has done wonders to actually comfort her. I'd tried just a shirt of mine and it didn't help, she snuggles up to this lamb and sleeps really well now. The heartbeat part is secure and safe from little teeth, she doesn't actually chew the lamb much anyway, I tend to keep it just for sleeps. The heartbeat turns off after a couple hrs too to save battery. Definitely worth the money.

My 2 month old golden retriever puppy loved this when he came home. Although I don't actually know how long the heart beat lasted, it didn't really matter because he loved it and slept with it either way. He frequently will play rough with it however it's very durable and ultimately wether during the day or night, he will find it out and rest his head on it for a nap or sleep. He loves it and its become a staple safe toy for him while he's already pumped through a lot of other toys and shredded them. He's now 4 months and still loves it. Best purchase!

Louie arrived with his Lamb from the breeder, who had ensured it had his mother's smell on it as well. An absolute boon and highly recommended. Currently after 8 months, Lambie has been through a few tough times......heart removed after a few weeks, plastic surgery to ears, prosthetic tail after a couple of months. .....oh, and she went from white to grey. Absolutely the most loved friend, and comforter, who is now losing her stuffing ... some more plastic surgery by mum. About to buy Lamb mark 2, and a day or so together in a plastic bag will hopefully transfer the older much loved scent to the new one.....wish me luck.

I had already purchased a Snuggle puppy pack- the original not a knock off ( so $89) and got a heartbeat lamb for each of the girls in the puppy packs we ordered. Given I had both pups to start with we’re with me, one 4 days earlier than the other this lamb was great for the first night, and given the pups difference in size, sleeping was separated so each have slept with their own lamb each night for the last 4 weeks and play with one lamb between them during the day. And Lambie gets a real beating, is strong and well made, has the Velcro not a zip, and the heart had the batteries in it. The heat went by the way side after only a few days, they both just preferred the lamb… both had 5 other litter mates, with the younger of the 2 having been with 2 litters. So both use to lots of heartbeats. They do look cute carting out lambie together with each taking one end, to play with her in the lounge-room, or the older of the 2 being on camera, pulling the lamb into her carry bag, so she could use her as a pillow. Well worth getting, more so if it was included in the puppy bundle. But I still didn’t return the snuggle puppy kit, mainly as it came with a blanket, plus they still play with the pup on occasion- but not as often as the lamb.
Good size. Super soft. The floppy ears have a crinkly texture inside. The purple paws sewed on are super sweet. I would recommend watching your pet if they decide to play with this one as my mini dachshund ripped off tail. She absolutely loves it. She has had hours of play with her bunny. It is her favourite toy at the moment. Always great service with Pet Circle and great delivery. Try to get this one on sale as $34 is a little bit expensive.
Not gonna lie the lamb is fluffy & adorable and easily washable, but saying that the heartbeat just didnt last and unfortunately you can’t replace the batteries in the heart as it was tagg activated.Got about a week of use with the heartbeat. I brought this for my old girl who is struggling with dementia & she was alot calmer while it lasted.... If the heart was battery operated i would have given it a 5 star rating. BUT it hasn't I'd say a waste of $$$
Sheepy was a great soother when my puppy first came home. After a while, sheepy has become her favourite chasing toy. I've taken out the heart beat because she did work out how to open the belly. But she actually gets jealous if I pat sheepy instead of her. It won't survive adult teeth, but has been wonderful as a puppy.
Received the Heartbeat Lamb as part of a puppy bundle, and it sat atop all the other items in the box (great selection too, highly recommend the Puppy Bundle from PetCircle!). My 8 week old Pugapoo saw it, grabbed it and hasn't stopped playing with it since. It has become her best friend, snuggle mate and punching bag, all at once. Lolz. This poor lambikins gets a real beating every day and has held together remarkably well. Highly recommended!
This product had so much promise-she loved to play with it. However, stitching near the internal parts are now exposed and could cause choking. My dog wasn't overly rough as I monitored her playing with this it. It is simply not made well enough in some important elements. I've had to take it away from my dog.
