Good recycled product. These toothbrushes were easy to find on the shelf and I felt they were quite good value for money at $8. 00 for 4 brushes. I loved that the handles are made 100% from recycled plastic and that the box they came in is at least 70% recycled cardboard. I have used an electric toothbrush for years, so I'm used to a small round, soft bristled head. These toothbrushes were labelled medium bristle, but I found them to as soft as what I normally use (I'd be interested to see how soft the soft ones are, maybe too soft?). When actually brushing my teeth, I can't say I noticed the multi-level bristles. I found the handle nice and sturdy and easy to grip. A bonus if you have arthritis. Overall, it would be a handy toothbrush to take away on holidays when I don't take my electric toothbrush, but it isn't a brand I would get because as I said I prefer a small toothbrush head. Made in China is disappointing.

These scrub up alright. Here are my detailed thoughts: Recycled?: I understand that the handles are made out of recycled plastic and I consider that a good thing. But initially when I first saw the product name, âRecycled Plastic Toothbrushesâ, the word ârecycledâ together with âtoothbrushâ didnât feel right to me! Medium: I usually use soft toothbrushes as I have sensitive teeth, so I found this a bit too firm for my liking. In saying that, it seemed to clean well with its multi-level bristles. Handles well: I liked the grip of this brush. Price is okay: at $8. 00 ($2. 00 each x 4 brushes) I think this is reasonable value compared to buying 4x big name toothbrushes. They do a good job. Normally I only buy soft toothbrushes rather than the medium because this is what my dentist recommended due to my receding gums. However, I gave these ones a try and I though that these toothbrushes were quite good. Even though they were medium, they were still quite soft. They certainly did the job. No problems there. The actual brushes are a slightly different shape to my usual brand, they are more short and fat, rather than long and thin. They were fine though and could reach the back teeth and hard to reach places and did a good job. Whilst I will be sticking with my usual brand, I will also buy these to have as a back up to use every now and then. An environmentally friendly and quality toothbrush. Thank you for this sample. I actually claimed it when I forgot to take my toothbrush on a recent interstate trip. So thank you. Here is my 5 âď¸ review:âď¸ Easily located in the bathroom aisle with other dental products. âď¸ On the day of collection the packet of 4 toothbrushes was $8 which equates to $2 each. Whilst not the cheapest set of toothbrushes they are reasonably priced. âď¸ I have to admit I was hesitant when I first got this sample to try as I was uncertain about using a recycled toothbrush. But when I read the clear labelling, it states only the handle is made of recycled plastic. It also states the recommended replacement time for a toothbrush is 8 - 10 weeks, reading this I was due to replace mine, so I ... MoreAn environmentally friendly and quality toothbrush. The label also states the toothbrushes are exclusive of colourants. âď¸ The toothbrush worked, brushed my teeth with the medium bristles perfectly! Sadly unlike this toothbrush, my teeth are not perfect so I wonât add a photo of my clean teeth!âď¸ The main label stresses the fact the toothbrushes are from recycled plastic, so no surprise the packaging is 70% recycled cardboard and the packaging is recyclable. So 5 âď¸ review for a 5 star product.
Recycledy. I use an electric toothbrush but a normal toothbrush is handy for travel, so I was excited to try out a new one. Seeing these are made from recycled plastics is a big tick, the different colours were also great. I was surprised at how soft the bristles felt and liked the wider head design. The only thing I did not like was how slippery I found the handle during use. The plastic is so smooth it made it hard to grip with light pressure, so I had to squeeze harder to stop it from turning in my mouth. There are little grooves on the handles but they are much too high. Not sure if they were supposed to be used to provide some grip but way too high if that's the case. Overall, a good experience and I probably will purchase these again when the time comes.
Oops - alternative use for these. These brushes look good & these are the pluses1 - love the differentiating colours (a little more vibrant would have been even better)2 - love the fact that the handles are made of recycled plastic 3 - appreciate the packet is made from 70% recycled cardboard 4 - commendable that frequent change of tooth brush is recommended however we have always been advised to replace every three months or if the brush is looking ragged. The advice therefore may prompt unnecessary discarding causing waste & expense to the purchaser. 5 - multi layer bristles do a better job6 - the cost for pack of four is reasonable Minus - the vast majority of dentists recommend a soft brush for better cleaning of teeth, removing plaque & maintaining healthy ... MoreOops - alternative use for these. My mistake in not reading the rating on the box! Those who buy a medium would find them good value. So âŚâŚnevertheless they were put to excellent use. Theyâre brilliant at cleaning out small glasses & vases in those hard to reach spots & excellent at removing fluff & dust from that awkward area between carpet &wall. Perfect for grout clean in the bathroom too. Would buy again just for these tricky jobsSo thank you Bunch & I will be trying the soft ones for the job intended if they are in my local store.
All Smiles here! I found this pack high up on the hanging shelf. Very neatly packed in a cardboard box, no plastic blister pack insight which is a theme of having used recycled plastic for the handles. The first thing that struck me was the flat base of the handle. For years toothbrushes had switched to a curvy and less functional design. The rounded edges meant that the toothbrush, with toothpaste a-top, would tumble over with the slightest breeze if you left it on the sink. This simple handle won me over before I even used the brush! The cleaning pad base has a near square shape of bristles as opposed to my current rectangular layout. This simple handle won me over before I even used the brush! The cleaning pad base has a near square shape of bristles as opposed to my current rectangular layout. I really like the feel of the bristles covering all of my teeth as I cleaned them, a much better surface area layout, I definitely prefer this already. There are more bristles, tightly positioned and the bristles themselves were thinner than the plastic ones of my current (brand name copy). They had a comfortable softer feel with still plenty of strength in them to feel that my teeth were being cleaned perfectly. I was not expecting much from a pack of toothbrushes but this is one item I will definitely pay ($8 for 4) for again if they continue to last and feel like the first few days over the coming months.
Small soft toothbrush. Similar price point to other general toothbrushes. Easy to find in store in green box. Colour selection of toothbrushes is rather boring. Great to have a small sized head as most toothbrush heads are too big for me and my dentist recommends Sensodyne which are $3. 50 each compared to this recycled toothbrush which is $2. 00. I have the medium and the bristles feel nice and soft. I have sensitive gums so I am not keen on being stabbed in the gum by so called "medium" bristles. Reasonable feel to the handle. I have only stared using it so not sure how long the bristles will last but as it is cheaper than Sensodyne I don't expect it to last as long. Not Worth The Cost. All Smiles Recycled Plastic Toothbrushes Medium 4 packPrice: $8 for four ($2 each)Product of: Made in ChinaGeneral:- Easy to spot in the store in an attractive bright green cardboard box. - Unfortunately one of the brushes was squashed due to an ineffective cardboard separator inside the box. However I found the bristles still soft enough to be comfortable in the mouth and not cause any damage to the teeth or gums (that I am aware of). - The head size was quite compact in length but a bit wider than I'm used to. I found it easy to use and to reach all areas of the mouth- A close up look at the very end of the bristles showed that they looked quite ragged and unevenly cut. I am not sure how long these toothbrushes would last compared to my usual brand. I am not confident they will be long lasting. - I feel that importing them from such a long distance across the other side of the globe, negates any good done by using recycled plastic in the handles. I usually use toothbrushes with compostable bamboo handles (not compostable bristles) or cornstarch toothbrushes that have biodegradable bristles AND handles. The All Smiles Recycled Plastic toothbrushes can only be put into the rubbish bin. Overall: Whilst I feel these brushes cleaned my teeth well, I prefer to buy biodegradable brushes so I will not be purchasing these again. I don't believe they will last very long either.
Nothing nice to say. I always try and find at least one positive, but this product just isn't great. Recycle plastic. but as a toothbrush, it's so hard no flexibility. And too long and narrow. No gripThe description said medium, but this is the softest toothbrush I've ever used. Just doesn't scrub your teeth clean. The head of the toothbrush is awfully small so your teeth get hit by the neck of the plastic. The price is exceptionally high for a terrible toothbrush. I did a comparison with some of the well-known brand Multipacks, and these just don't compare. Quite often better quality toothbrushes are 1/2 price and costs nearly the same as these. I would say these are like the cheap Terrible toothbrushes you get for free in a hotel, that are ment to be single use. I ... MoreNothing nice to say.
