I use this to take photos from my dslr camera to Google photos which previously required a trip to my computer with the sdcard. With this device I can use my phone (android) instead and select and copy photos over quick and easy. Game changer. Works flawlessly.

Purchased the ALOGIC Ulra Mini USB-C SD Card reader a few months ago. It sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't, the connetor seems a bit dodgy. Often have to try a few different angles to get it working properly. Device itself feels and looks cheaply made. I will probably look at returning it soon if it gets any worse.

The speeds are pretty good when ransfering 4K images and the design of the card reader makes it very portable and very easy to carry in a pocket or in a bag.Cons: Nothing that I can find in my time using it.

Purchased on the basis of using on a holiday to backup video and photos taken on my Insta360 X3.Works when connecting to my laptop but not picked up when plugging in to my S23 Ultra. Micro SD was a little fiddly at first and would be hard to put in and remove if you didn't have nails to put it in. Feels solidly made but didn't suit my purpose although it says it works on mobile on the box.
If you can't find any other usb-c sd card reader than you can consider this. If you are considering buying this usb-c sd card reader please read the following.Its a decent reader especially when you the adapter with the micro sd card. However if you use the micro sd adapter from the reader its super hard to remove the card later. So technically its only one reader. And the printer side of the adapter needs to be plug into the usb should you want the reader be used.
Usually one would press on the inserted card to take it out or just take it out, but in this case it just got stuck. Immediately returned it and bought a more expensive reader from another manufacturer.

Pros: Really great card reader. I have high speed128gb card but I was not able to get proper transfer speed with it. It supports usb 3.0 and speed is same as my external hdd with 3.0 usb cableCons: None
I purchased this a few months back... as my SD card reader in my laptop wasn't picking up ANY SD cards that I inserted... I was searching for something that would work, and found this... being hesitate about getting something so cheap (this Alogic SD Card reader), thinking it probably doesn't even work. Got home, tried it and worked straight away and hasn't failed me at all... now I don't need to worry about my SD card reader on my laptop as this is BETTER and FASTER than my own laptop's reader.
This SD card reader is practically perfect, it's easy to use an does exactly as advertised. It could do with some kinda guide for which way the cards need to sit, and the Micro SD card slot doesn't seem to have springs, so I had to use tweezers to get the card out. But otherwise it's perfect
