I could do them up with a butter knife and there is no way for them to secure to a bullbar with the supplied back washer. And doesn’t come with removal tool and you can’t even buy it from repco .being generous with 2 stars but they hold my number plates on.

My rego plate got stolen and have to go through many hassles and cost. Bought this to hopefully prevent future problem. Quality and price are good. Easy to fit usinig a large flat-tipped screwdriver.

Great product, good quality, range of sizes and screws in pack to fit all number plates. Sleek black design doesn't detract from number plate content. Fitment is easy but I recommend taking your time and not rushing. Have a selection of screwdrivers handy so you can pick the right one to use as you may need to change screwdrivers mid installation as it can get firmer as screw goes in. REMEMBER these screws need a special tool from supplier to undo/remove so it's important to take your time to make sure you have the right size screws and correct screwdriver for installation, you can't unscrew the screw if you put it in crooked or use the wrong size so take extra time to review the size and shape of the screw you took out of the number plate and the size hole the ... MoreGreat product, good quality, range of sizes and screws in pack to fit all number plates. REMEMBER these screws need a special tool from supplier to undo/remove so it's important to take your time to make sure you have the right size screws and correct screwdriver for installation, you can't unscrew the screw if you put it in crooked or use the wrong size so take extra time to review the size and shape of the screw you took out of the number plate and the size hole the screw is going into, check the number plate fits correctly first by screwing plate on with old screws first to ensure that all holes line up and you are satisfied with plate fitment (especially if you are adding new plates you haven't put on your vehicle before), then remove plate and clean area where plate will be fitted, check all screw holes are clear and undamaged for new screws to go into, double check you have the spacers in the correct place also (I screwed spacer onto number plate with old screws first to check alignment of number plate before putting new screws in as you can't remove the new screws without a trip to the supplier if you forget to put spacer in or it doesn't align properly). Also double check screw size and diameter against old screw, pay attention to length and thickness not end tip as your screws may be adhock replacements that are not a true or correct fit ie most screws should be flat on the end not pointy so don't replace pointy screw with pointy screw for the sake of it, pay attention to width and length (my old screws were pointy and the new screws pulled straight out first time because it turned out old screws were slightly thinner than screw hole so I used a flat tip screw a miniscule bigger which fitted perfectly and stayed in. Remembering if you get these screws halfway in and find out they're the wrong size or too big you'll need to drive to your supplier with half fitted number plates to get them to remove screws with special tool and fit properly ( not the end of the world, just inconvenient). If you are unsure at all I'd suggest getting them fitted at the supplier, however if you take your time to do the preparation and check screw size thoroughly they go on easy. Don't stress if screws get tighter to screw in midway, just take it slow and steady so you don't damage screw head or thread screw, take your time, also don't over tighten as you can't loosen them once in and you need to be careful not to crack the finish on your plate if you go one turn too many, so take it slow and gentle for last couple of screwdriver turns. Overall look great, keeps my plate from being stolen, and goes well with my number plate protectors (fit perfectly together). Highly recommended for peace of mind, esthetic, ease of use, and fitment.
(this review is based on the fine threaded bolt variant)The anti-theft design makes sense on first glance but the camming surface does not have a smooth enough finish or a shallow enough angle to resist loosening with a regular flat head. The threads will likely strip before the bolts are tight enough for a flat head to slip off consistently while loosening. Some thread locker is helpful for this product to function as intended.
Has more than enough screws, self tappers to do a few cars depending on how the number plates are attached

My new camry used the M6 bolts. They're a breeze to install with a flat head screwdriver, but be very careful to remember to put the spacers between the plate and the car before you start screwing them in, because of course you can't remove the screws later if you forgot them.
Work great... Just ensure you have a wide enough flat blade screwdriver to cover the whole head of rhe screw. If the screwdriver is too narrow, you are forever slipping off the screw head. Also use the spacers so you don't scratch your plates
I have used this product successfully before. Unfortunately, the kit does not include screws to fit this years model of Corolla.
Purchased in September 2021 after my number plates were stolen. April 2023 the thieves pulled off my number plate covers and tried to pull the plates off ! Fortunately I have anti theft screws and the thieves were unsuccessful!
