Always Discreet Underwear 9 Pants Medium

These are great and serve their purpose. Comfortable and no leaks or chafing. I highly recommend. Very affordable. Maybe could have slightly more stretch in the waist. It is very effective. As I mentioned…no leaks. I use them and I recommend them.

Always reliable!

Well I've been using Always Discreet for a couple of weeks now and I can't believe the difference it has made to my life. Before I participated in this project I used panty liners (I know!). They weren't properly suited to the job though and inevitably failed to do what I was expecting of them. From the first time I tried Always Discreet however, I noticed the difference big time! Having had 2 kids in fairly quick succession and and things not being quite so 'tight' below, I was finding that the odd sneeze or laugh would have me rushing to the loo to change my panty liner, which was not usually convenient. An absolute blessing

So, I suffer with vulval Lichen sclerosus and was getting really sore wearing sanitary pads for my periods. So although I realise these pants are for incontinence I gave them a go for my periods. Wow what a difference they make and I feel much more confident going out as I have never had leaks. When I'm on my periods I also have a more sensitive bladder so the pants never let me down! 10/10

Comfortable fit

I have been using always discreet for about a year now. They are so comfortable and very absorbent.Much better fit than any of the men's equivalent I am Much more comfortable and confident wearing these. Suitable for men too i know as I am male.

Give confidence

Before I had a Urostomy for a chronic bladder condition it was difficult for me to go anywhere without a loo close by. I started wearing Always Discreet Incontinence Pants when out for long walks and was pleasantly surprised at how much urine they held when accidents occurred. They didn't leak and I was never aware of any smell. Comfortable to wear & not noticeable under clothing, though do feel rather bulky once urine absorbed. They certainly gave me more confidence to get out and about.

These pant fit so well are discreet look ok to much better than male pull ups from other companies. They work well to keep me dry and comfortable when I can’t get to the toilet.Highly recommended and I’m so pleased I tried them

Huge, bulky and not at all discreet

I got this with a promo coupon, more for curiosity than anything. I thought they might be useful when I have a cold with the extra stress on my bladder of coughing and sneezing. What a shock! These pants are horrible: Weird stretchy paper with the side seam on the outside and the biggest, least discreet nappy-like pad inside that you've ever seen. I picked the smallest available size and felt swamped by the pad which comes up to the waist both front and back. So bulky that I felt everyone must be staring at my bum - there's no way I could envisage doing anything like the activities shown in the adverts. I've tried the rest but these are the best!

As well as my age being against me :) I have multiple sclerosis which can lead to very unstable bladder problems. I have tried other makes of pants/underwear but Always Discreet are by far the best for me. They smell nice, they absorb leaks very well and they mask any odour from those leaks. They're not uncomfortable to wear if you can't change immediately which, for me, is certainly a plus.I would recommend them to anyone who needs that little bit of extra protection. They are good value and they are very comfortable and, as the name says, they're very discreet - no-one will know you're wearing them, any more than they would when you're wearing ordinary underwear. I am 100% happy with Always Discreet and I never go anywhere without them!

No leaks, it's like it never happened

I was so surprised at how comfortable these are! I mean seriously! I didn't expect them to be all that. Until I tried one on. I have had so much positive feedback about this one in particular. All the women that have tried them have gone on to recommend them to someone else. Most of the women I spoke to said, and I agree, they are a little expensive. Especially considering its purpose. However if they are on a very special offer, like buy one get one free, we would buy a bulk of them. Some of us were questioning why these products are not available on prescription. I mean, suffering from Incontinence, weather it's mild, moderate to severe, it's a health condition, we would like to suggest that P&G try to make some of these products, available on prescription. maximum protection and comfort

The packaging just feels so feminine. I love the soft gentle purple and the floral design. It's nice and discreet. Rather than a bright bold block colour standing out in your shopping like an eyesore. This bends and avoids embarrassment. However this is the worst Always Discreet product to open. The only way to get into the packaging is to tear your way in and probably make about 2 spill out. Hard to open and not neart to open either!The pants themselves are very soft and stretchy. Stretchy enough to be comfortable but not too stretchy that you lose confidence in the protection. They are also very thin, so they aren't like a gigantic nappy like I envisioned. They really do the job very well and very comfortably.
