I prefer the transreflective always on screen of the origional amazfit bip. On sunny days it was readily visable and battery life was an amazing 3 weeks even with frequent use of GPS. I find that I charge the GTS 2 daily even with the screen on for 5 sec intervals and in direct sunlight viewing the screen is a challenge. I do like the onboard music storage though. Answering and speaking through the watch while on the phone is pretty cool as well.

My GTS watch 2 is in boot loop I. E. Keep on restarting with Amazfit logo and is not able to switch off and on and not able to establish connection with app. Have tried all the tricks avaible in net. It appeared many are facing similar issue. I m in Pakistan and it's less than a year after purchase. So I do not recommend. However initially working was good but now it is just useless with out any solution.

Initially it appeared good however battery life with all function is less than 2 days. I haven't used much but from last morning it is boot loop and many of people have done similar complaint. And no support is available. I purchased with international warrenty but now looks it's use less as neither it's working nor connecting with tha app. I have tried all the tips and option available on net.

I realize the operating system is designed for the GTR2, which are HUGE watches I would never wear. But this is their downfall, as then all the fonts(ESPECIALLY the most IMPORTANT ONE, THE "Notifications" SCREEN! They could easily DOUBLE the HEIGHT of the TEXT!), that would be easily readable on the GTR, are now very small to unreadable on the Bip U(previous purchase/return), and slightly larger screen of the GTS2. They have a weird 12 hour sleep screen for the Bip U(Cmon guys only need 8?), yet have for some weird reason totally eliminated any sleep screen. So, if u wake up in the middle of the night, want to check how long you slept so far, have to fumble to find your phone, then get blasted by the all white "sleep" page(whole zepp app should have a DARK MODE, not just FIRST PAGE) to see your sleep data.Sports: I know these are programmed in Asia, but could we in US get Tennis?Heart rate monitor: They built this "Shortcut screen", I don't like it, but I don't mind it that much anymore. But if u go THERE to check heart rate, its either instantaneous or takes 2 seconds. If u go to the actual SCREEN it acts like its never took your heart rate and can take 30 seconds PLUS to find it! So theirs clearly a glitch there, and hopefully the developers will read this or my email to them, and fix this error. Also, to have that shortcut screen as either an option to turn off, or to put in any order I want going horizontally so i can phase it out once they fix the heart rate screen.Battery lasts for real about 4 days, so, compared to watches with this many features, it is amazing on battery life.I have received calls on the watch and the person on the other end has no clue its a watch and also they have said the audio is perfect.The music it plays is perfect volume maxed out so I can hear it and the guy I'm hitting against probably just modestly gets annoyed. hahaThis watch because of the high resolution amoled screen has SOO MUCH POTENTIAL, and already I am downloading and installing better watchfaces with legible fonts, so because it is their flagship, I got this hoping this one will get these major needed updates to the OS as well!This watch is NEARLY PERFECT minus those little glitches and programming that needs to be addressed, and I hope either this review or my email to the developers gets these changes done. Very good experience less than a year.My GTS2 received an update, then it stopped working, it only turns on connected to the charger.It's a shame that a watch with those characteristics doesn't last either, I've searched different forums and it's a common error in the GTS 2. When you try to turn it on without being connected to the charger, it shows the start logo and then turns off and that's it.If you connect it to the charger it gives you 100% battery, I think it is a bad image for the company, I hope they solve that problem and I can use my GTS 2, thank you, greetings
I'm satisfied with overall product features. First I bought GTS 2 for me and GTS 2 mini for my Wife. Recently I had requested my relative in US to buy two pcs of BIP U PRO (one black and one green). My relative placed correct order, but when Amazfit dispatched, both were of same color - black. I had requested him to return the product if possible but he could not. He said he had sent more than 10 emails and tried to reach in phone support but no response at all. Being such a good company, I'm wondering why Amazfit are not delivering what customer has ordered (I mean color of the products). I prefer Amazfit product than fitbit but I don't know may be I have to choose something better. My last purchase was disappointing.
I purchased this smart watch for my wife. Integration was somewhat difficult because I requested tech support after issues with connecting notifications, but received no response. My wife previously had a Fitbit, it should be known if you have any other applications such as Fitbit still on your iPhone it will interfere with this device. After removing the Fitbit app everything came operational. Trial and error last a while. Everything else according to my wife is working perfectly... the “NO” response means it’s too soon to recommend device, it hasn’t been used much at this time.
This watch is very well designed. I like the the battery last for days and having to charge everyday like my sister’s iWatch. This give you a better continuous profile of your vitals. The screens is very bright and crisp. I thought about getting the Fitbit. I am glad I got the Amazfit.
