2 watches-2 factory defects

I have 2 Amazfits in my family, T-Rex 2 and GTS 4 mini. We really like them, that's why we decided to buy Amazfit Active which looks like Apple Watch, but cheaper and the battery was suppose to last for 10 days.However, what was our disappointment when our new watch occasionally shut off a couple of times per day and the battery lasts for a half of the day. We returned the item to Amazon and decided to by the same watch from the official website. And guess what? - the same problem! Fully charged battery lasts for 6 hours overnight without any usage at all!!! It`s definitely a factory defect. But now we have another issue. Customer support does not response to our email requests for 12 days now. An Enigma

Very good battery life. Haven't figured out all the features yet. This is my third Amazfit, having tried other brands with more features. Have encountered two major problems with this watch. I can pair the watch with my phone, but I cannot pair it with the Zepp program on my phone. therefore, I am unable to take advantage of all the features of the program. Further, I find this particular watch counts my heart beats per minute at least ten counts higher than all of my other watches. I am considering returning this watch

Just what I was looking for!

After reading extensive reviews, and with the very real prospect of switching back from an Apple to an Android phone (this is one of the better options that can pair with both OS) I took the plunge and bought the Amazfit Active. I use the watch primarily as a fitness tracker, and while the step count took a little bit of calibrating, all the features worked well for me from the get go. You can customise most widgets, there is an extensive range of free watch faces to suit your mood/needs and it tracks a wide range of activities. New Amazfit Active

I am very pleased with the Active!It is quite configurable with many options (a positive).Though I can comfortably initiate calls and use it directly, I am unable to receive calls directly on it. Because It does tell me who is calling, I simply wait until the caller hangs up and then use the watch to call them right back. I'm guessing that either I haven't learned how to properly answer a call, or that my Android has an issue, or that Amazfit will fix this. This is not a big deal and I'm very pleased with the Active! (p.s. the watch charges and lasts for many days before recharging)

Overall: a good basic watch, but not as good as a Balance

I previously had a chance to try out the Amazfit Balance, which I think is more premium watch. I'm comparing the more expensive Balance (+$75) to the Amazfit Active.- the Active's screen is nice and clear, but not as radiant and beautiful as the Balance. The bezels are very noticeable in some menus, but disappear when using a black background.- It does not support the feature to change the wearing direction. I wear a watch on the right hand, and have to use my thumb (rt side of watch) for the button.- there are less watchface options from Zepp. (Although AmazFaces has many more, I can't figure out how to load those)- workout history doesn't show graph of heart rate (like the Balance did. The watch is nondescript-looking.- Active's battery seemed to last ~5 days for me. This is much less than claimed (2 weeks). I have the heartrate monitor set to check every minute, I use the always-on display, and I have all sensors on for workouts. (The Balance seemed to last longer with these same settings)- I cannot get through the Amazon Alexa Authorization on the Zepp app, so I haven't been able to try the Alexa integration (on either watch).- Sensors do a great job with my heartrate, which I check often during workouts. This was a major complaint I had with my previous Fitbit.
