I've been a fan of Amazfit's products for the longest time and the Helio Ring is right there at the top except for it's less than impressive battery life. Even with the suggested default settings, I could barely manage 3 full days on a single charge. Amazfit suggests wearing the ring for at least 7 days to get optimal readings but I don't know how that's possible if I have to charge it halfway through. To help conserve the battery, I find that it helps to just wear the ring for when I sleep at night and when I want to get readings sans my GTR4. I hope they find a fix for this soon though because overall, I still really love it!!!

I’m a 67 year old male that exercises intensely, walking, jogging and playing tennis( singles & doubles). I wear the ring on my index finger. It has a premium look and is comfortable. The sleep, stress and recovery insights are extremely helpful. This data helps me plan my workouts more effectively. The ring analyzes my current physical and recovery level’s, providing guidance on which activity I am best prepared for on that day. For instance, one day the ring indicated a moderate adjustment so I opted for lighter activity. I have a tendency to overtrain so these insights are instrumental in preventing injuries.For the older athletes, especially those serious about their exercise routines, I highly recommend the Amazfit Helio ring.

I’m much more aware of my sleep patterns now and am following the recommended approach based on the insights I’ve gained, as well as using the Aura assistant.The Ring takes a few days to get used to because it’s slightly larger than your typical ring. However, once you’re accustomed to it, it doesn’t interfere with your daily activities. It also has a good battery life.I would definitely recommend this ring to anyone who wants to become aware of their heath patterns.

The ring is a great piece of tech. Fits comfortably and build quality is impressive. I've owned multiple brands of smart rings and this is by far the greatest value. The Zepp app provides solid data. Hopefully in the future it will feature some more integration with other fitness apps, but other than that the recovery and sleep scores are great for training. Battery isn't lasting very long for me, but I don't mind charging regularly anyway.
I followed the sizing methodology and found the retailer has only 3 sizes. Somehow I ended up with a size 8 and should have had a 12. So I have to wear it on my pinky finger which might jeopardize the accuracy of the information collected. It's a bit tight. I don't mind it on the pinky finger for practical purposes though. It synced easily and gives a continuous data flow when I take my watch off at night. I like it so far. It's light and feels comfortable other than the sizing error. Some of the data shows as points rather than continuous lines. I assume the app algorithm must interpolate between points. It doesn't capture the awake time very accurately but fills in on good heart rate and other sleep metrics. The Helio goes on my finger every night as I get ready for bed and the T-Rex 3 comes off. The insights I have when waking are incredibly helpful in looking at my day ahead in terms of exertion. The aggregation of the data between the ring and the watch is fantastic on the Zepp app, and it all really helps me plan my rest and my exercise (running and TRX). An added bonus I use daily and nightly are the free subscriptions to Aura and the Zepp Coach. I use Aura sleep music every night in my Bluetooth sleep mask and it really does enhance my sleep. I’m really loving this ecosystem!
