I am in LOVE with this device. I’ve not had a smart alarm/speaker but the set up was so simple. I love how it instantly connects with my home and did not take more than 5 minutes. This has inspired me to purchase more Amazon Alexa devices, and experience more convenient ways to get things done. I plugged in my address and it accurately matches my location. I love how I can have it soothe my fur baby if he gets upset. He’s still intrigued by it knowing his name.

This device is awesome! It was super quick and easy to set up. I love all the different features it has. One thing i like is how the time gets darker and turns red at night so you dont have a bright light shining in your eyes. I can easily ask alexa to play my music and she has no problem understanding me. I love that there is a screen on it so i can see what song im listening to. Its also super easy and convenient to be able to tell Alexa to order things i need on amazon. The sound of the speaker is really good quality.

I blindly bought this Echo Spot without knowing anything about it. I set it up in my bedroom. Upon examining it, I noticed a spot the looked like a camera lens. I shined my flashlight on it and got freaked out. I did some research and discovered it’s NOT a camera BUT it looks like one. Why in the world would Amazon include something that looks like a camera knowing that was an issue with the first Echo Spot in 2017. Ultimately, I’m returning the device because it’s a little sus and doesn’t do enough. Paying $80 for a tap-to-stop alarm and small display doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t want to get up and turn off my alarm. I’m lazy, I’d rather say “Alexa stop” and ask what time it is repeatedly throughout the day. Being an owner of an Echo dot I was curious about this new and different shaped device. It works the same as Echo dot, so no learning curve needed if you already have an Echo product. I like the display of time and alternating date and temperature on the screen. Comes with electric cord so no worries about batteries. Quality product not cheaply made. Same fun with games or questions.
We got this for our 10-year-old to have an easy-to-set alarm and to be able to play music to go to sleep to. He loves it! He likes being able to ask questions that occur to him, and we've got it set to block explicit requests and songs with explicit lyrics (not that he's interested in any of that yet). He can also call the Echo in our bedroom if he needs us in the night for whatever reason. Setup is a breeze as long as you have a phone with Bluetooth and wifi access. We've even taken it with us on trips. Great device, would buy again.
I was sent the echo spot free in exchange for my honest opinion and after the initial headache of it updating (which ended up getting stuck for 2 days and resulted in me having to unplug and set up all over again). The echo spot works amazingly I absolutely love it links to my google calendar and tells me what appointments I have that day. The design is another downfall as the screen isn’t very bright nor is the volume very loud (you might be able to adjust in the app I just haven’t had a chance). Overall I’m a huge fan of this little ball even with the few downfalls, I absolutely recommend.
I received this product from Amazon and Influenster. I currently have 2 Amazon Echo Dots (5th Gen) and this Echo Spot Smart Alarm Clock has been the perfect addition. The sound quality is great and is nice to have sleep sounds closer to me during the night compared to the placement of my Echo Dot. I’ve created a few routines using a smart bulb with my nightstand lamp to turn on the light in the morning. It’s still a little more abrupt of a light than something like a Hatch alarm clock, but I’m working on some tweaks to make it a little more subtle. All around, would recommend!
I Recieved this from influenster in exchange for an honest review.This is an awesome addition to our home! Easiest to set up.Plugged it in, and it displayed a QR code to scan. This way you can download the Alexa app to set up the Spot! Set up was really easy. I love that it plays top hits, gives you the weather, and answers most questions! Downside is that you have to have amazon account or make an Amazon account. But definitely worth having in your home.
The Amazon echo is a nice addition if you’re new to the game or if you’ve got a collection of the amazon products already! this is super easy to set up and the Alexa app is easy to navigate as well. The lights are bright during the day and dim at night to not keep you awake. The volume is fine but could be a little louder in my opinion. There are so many features to this device much like the other alexa products and similar to their competitor as well which makes it something worth having!!
I’ve always had google never a Alexa and I’ve been missing out. This thing listens so well and I love the screen where it tells you the time and weather and shows a little picture when listening to music. The volume it can get to isn’t bad it could be a little louder in my opinion for the music aspect. I’m really so happy with it I’m still not used to everything it can do. It also is a touchscreen for certain things which is awesome. Totally get this!
