I haven't used this product in a long time. I do remember it very clearly. I bought this at one of the discounted or liquidated stores. If I remember right it was either t.j. Maxx or Burlington. It is very Vivid in my imagination that I was trying to do everything to get rid of it. I know it stayed in my downstairs bathroom with a little bit left in the bottle. I hated the residue that it left on my hair and the lack of my hair feeling clean after using this. My ex-husband was very bad about using the last of a product once it got down to the bottom of it. It sat in his shower downstairs until one day I used the last of it. I always thought it was a product for men and that was a reason that I never bought it again. Almost threw up from the "scent"

I have previously used the American crew - Power cleanser style remover shampoo for many years and loved it, but since that one has been discontinued recently(?), I went looking for a new shampoo.I bought this Daily Cleansing shampoo yesterday, expecting a different product but similar DNA and quality to the product I was using for many years, but boy was I wrong. But firstly I have to admit that it does do a good job at removing products from my hair. But lets talk about the scent instead - at first the citrus scent from the bottle was overwelming and it felt like my nose was being agitated from it, but I still had an open mind about it, it wasnt that bad YET. I almost threw up in the shower from the smell. In my unprofessional opinion, it was like - when lathered - all the individual ingredients formed into a monster, try to imagine a strong cleaning solution that few people would even use to clean floors inside their house. I am just letting you know about my experience, your experience may be different from mine.

Bring back the old formula

I have been a big fan for years since I bought it at the local Costco. During the years I would order direct because it was easier for me and have been a loyal customer because of my oily hair.The last bottle I got probably a few months ago ( ordered early so I won't run out) is way off. The formula must have changed and I am.not a fan of the new formula. It smells odd and leaves my hair and scalp feeling different.Please bring back the old formula as I won't be buying this one again, Daily mens shampoo.

Hate this.

If it ain't broke don't fix it. The old formula of Daily Shampoo with it's minty aroma was the best. It left my scalp feeling refreshed. This new version is rubbish. It's lemon scent smells like the cleaning products I use and it leave some sort of residue in my hair after I rinse it. I have been a customer for over a decade and will now have to look elsewhere. Absolutely hate this product. Heed your customers American Crew or you won't have any. Bring back the old Daily Shampoo!

Heed the recent reviews - not the same shampoo

I've been using American Crew for over 15 years, but the formula has now changed. This is NOT the same minty shampoo/conditioner you bought last time.This shampoo unfortunately smells like lemon pledge cleaning spray and leaves my hair feeling completely stripped. The conditioner smells like orange tang powder, but is borderline pleasant.The bottle of shampoo I received was only a quarter full, and the box was in perfect condition so I know it didn't leak during shipping. They either have a QA problem, or a returned bottle made it back into the supply to be shipped out again which is an even bigger problem. I've reached out to Customer Support multiple times with no reply. I'll be changing brands.

My hair has never been fresher or cleaner!

Really good stuff. It lathers up really nicely and it feels super fresh. Most of the time when I wash my hair I know my hair is clean but it doesn’t usually feel clean… until now. This shampoo seriously makes your hair feel clean and fresh. The citrus mint in it makes all the difference. Your hair feels clean and light. I really like this stuff and it would be nice for daily or every other day use. It’s going to become part of my schedule for sure.

Nice, fresh and makes your hair feel silky smooth.

This is a really nice conditioner. The citrus mint makes your hair feel nice and fresh and almost tingly. It works well, it glides through your hair nicely and smells really good too.I wouldn’t say it’s the best conditioner I’ve tried but since it’s designed to be used daily, I’d say it needs to be a little less full on for your hair. If you used this daily you’d feel fresh and your hair would be smooth so it does what it says. If I had a particularly dirty job this would be a good product to use.

Ruined with menthol.

I just don’t understand what the on going trend is with menthol in men’s shampoos ?? I can appreciate the trying to do more natural and vegan etc the citrus mint fragrance (though not as good as the original subtle totally manly scent) isn’t THAT bad. However the menthol ruins everything. I don’t understand!? Are men’s eyes meant to burn during a good shampoo??! Scalp supposed to feel like toothpaste?? Ugh change it back
