Too easy for people to steal if hanging from Caravan Park Power Pole or left out in the open when using a Generator. To coceal the unit as best as I could I purchased a $5-00 Tool Box from Bunnings and adapted ends to slot cord into. Sat Ampfibian Unit on foam. Intend to hang securely from Tailbar insert using Garden Hooks (currently) or Lock Strap to insert to keep the unit out of sight. Also purchaes a 5 metre 15amp power cord to run from Caravan Power Inlet to Ampfibian Unit at rear of caravan.

The surge protector was well built and great value for money
We're very happy with our Ampfibian Surge Protector, it protects our van from surges at home and away. For a competitive price, it's well constructed and doesn't take up too much room when travelling.
Will be using it next time we go caravanning.
Seems to be the real deal. Using it at the moment in a caravan park just for added security for all my electrical appliances.
Without testing the devise appears to do exactly what I want. Protect a 15amp spa from electrical surge. Previous devise I used is near $400. So this is great value.
After receiving a serious electrical shock resulting in an emergency response I recommend any device to preserve your safety.

My friend brought one, we plugged it in, the little green light came on, we plugged the caravan in, no power in the caravan, plugged the caravan directly into the socket and had power in the caravan.
