Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Loose Setting Powder 6g/6.2 ml

I, like a lot of people, use powder to set my foundation. I recently ran out of powder and decided it was time for a change from what I was using. I can never seem to find a good powder that doesn't settle into my pores and fine lines. After spending a considerable amount of time on the Sephora app, I decided to give the ABH Loose Setting Powder a try and bought it in translucent, because I am very fair. I tried it out and I like it, but I still feel like it could have done a better job. Again though, I think this is because of the makeup primer that I used. It did a great job at holding my makeup in place all day, and I didn't even use a setting spray. This is another reason why it may have settled into my pores. It kept my face oil and shine free all day and gave me a nice, matte finish. It was easy to use and went on smoothly, and I got a good amount for my money, which I bought the mini version for $19. What it is, is a lightweight, superfine powder that goes on smoothly while absorbing oil and minimizing shine, leaving your skin with a flawless matte finish. Free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, and coal tar. Contains less than 1% synthetic fragrance. This product is vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free, which is very important to me. Brighten, perfect, and set makeup with the ABH Loose Setting Powder. The silky formula gives your complexion a seamless, soft-focus effect while visibly blurring imperfections and extending the wear of your makeup. Perfects, brightens, and sets makeup in place with ease. I really liked using this product, I just need to try it again with my usual makeup primer and a setting spray, I think that will make a huge difference. I definitely recommend trying it out though, and am absolutely going to continue using it!

I swear on this stuff. If you’re looking for a matte finish (opposite of luminous/shiny) then this is the finishing powder to add to your makeup routine. This can be used as a setting or finishing powder, whichever you prefer. It’s super fine, loose, and gives a flawless finish. If you’re using it as a setting powder, in my experience, it kept my makeup in place for the entire day. I highly recommended spending the extra few dollars for a quality translucent powder that works! :)

I love ABH, but this powder was very disappointing. I would use this to set my under eyes/ T zone. At first it look pretty decent but once going outside/to work, it was very patchy to the point where the other person could point of every area where there’s a patch. It didn’t blur anything , if anything you saw every crease pore. Now Iknow ABH has another setting powder called Banana heard that it’s really good. After trying the translucent one I don’t even want to try the second one bc of the tint how this one worked onto my skin.

Does an excellent job of preventing my makeup from creasing so some days I don’t need a setting spray. A small amount goes a long way and I find it doesn’t take as much as it would if I were using a colored powder. It sets my makeup all day and keeps my shine at bay. I have combination skin and this does keep the oily parts from shining through without ever caking up on my skin. This also looks good over my blush and bronzer. A basic matte white powder

I received the mini ABH Loose Setting Powder in the SpaceNK 2021 Advent Calendar. I already had a full sized one I'd purchased earlier, so I was not terribly excited about it. The main benefit of the mini was the decent sized packaging, as the standard size was way larger than was necessary and would hog half of your makeup bag. The product itself is nothing too extraordinary - a matte white powder that seems to easily build up to a degree that is too white even on my naturally-Casper-the-friendly-ghost complexion. The product will mattify you decently, but it's not particularly flattering, unless by chance you manage to apply just the right amount. For instance the Sisley Phyto Powder in Irisée, which in itself is too dark for me but I can use the ABH Powder to make a mixture that suits my skintone. (my complexion matches: Nars Sheer Glow Foundation: Oslo, Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation: 0 Fair; Tom Ford Soft Matte Foundation: between 0.0 Pearl and 0.1 Cameo)

Best talc-free no color setting powder

I just got this talc-free translucent (colorless) setting powder and it is the bomb! It goes on smooth and looks very natural. It blurs all imperfections giving you flawless skin ! I use it over powder or liquid foundation AND by itself over prepped skin for my "weekend -no-makeup look". My skin is naturally good, but ocassionally have dryness or oilyness, and this makes it sooo much better ! Also, non-drying, non-caking, does not smear or alter the color or application of your makeup.

Does the job

I’ve had a trial (travel) size of this for awhile and finally got around to using it. Even the travel size was user-friendly; was able to take it with me without too much spillage and likewise, the powder came easily out of the holes. It also did a nice job of mattifying and finishing mg complexion whilst also not making my face look too powdery or cakey. So a perfect veil powder.

Excellent powder

Really lovely translucent powder. Don’t need much. It works really well at setting concealer at my under eyes and at the side of my nose. I have a light skin tone so the translucent (non shade) works well for me. I have tried a number of loose powders and this one is definitely one of my favourites so far.

One of the best powders in the market

I have just discovered the Anastasia powder, and I was so impressed. Brightens under the eyes, perfect for baking / really glam looks. For everyday, use it lightly and it will set your make up all day. As an office worker, did my make up first thing in the morning, kept checking in throughout the dat and it held beautifully until I removed it in the evening. Bought the full size, and geniunely liked it so much I bought the travel size. Might not be your fav if you're more into minimal / no make up looks, but if you like Huda, One Size powders etc I think you'll also love this one. Amount of product you get is so good too for both sizes and container very easy to tip the powder into. Saw Ariana G using it on her tutorial and so glad I did!

worth the money!

I love this setting powder! Super useful. Usually shows up clear but is a bit too light when it falls on eyelashes/eyeliner, sometimes that is annoying and it smudges. Perfect for the rest of my face, tends to last a long time when I apply a good layer. Previously had tried a drugstore brand that I'm pretty sure I was having a bad allergic reaction to, was happily surprised when this brand didn't give me any trouble at all, so now it is my go-to! It is really long-lasting too. Great price point for the amount.
