Whilst this is my story, and it could always be coincidence that my rosacea/psoriasis cleared up spontaneously when I started this collagen, I would recommend to anyone to buy one jar, try it, you may be really pleasantly surprised and can then join the repeat order, which is what I did.Photos don't do it justice, but top two are 'before' but with lashings of cover up on, and the automatic camera filter that I wasn't aware of, on, the bottom 2 are now, without make up and the camera filter removed as much as possible! And the 'now' photos actually show make the residual 'red' look worse that it is!

I’ve been taking the True Collagen for just over four weeks now. I have one teaspoon a day in my morning coffee, and can’t taste it at all. Within a couple of weeks I noticed a huge difference in my finger nails. Since starting the menopause my nails have become really weak, they were like paper, and were constantly splitting and breaking. They’re definitely getting stronger, I still have ridges but that doesn’t bother me so much. It’s great to be able to see my nails growing again, and I can paint them again. My skin has also started to feel much better, has a better glow to it, and not so dry, even smoothed out a few wrinkle lines. I will definitely look to purchase again, and would definitely recommend.

I was enjoying taking my True Collagen daily in my coffee. No taste & after 2 weeks I was starting to feel an improvement in joint pain. However I then started having nasal congestion issues & blocked ears which I had a few years ago & was hoping it would never come back as it lasted for many months. I do have mild hayfever so I am probably a bit histamine intolerant though not diagnosed with that or MCAS.I did some research & found that collagen has a lot of histamine in it. I’m not quite sure of the benefits at this stage but still very interested in carrying on, so much so I have ordered my second batch as I do not want to run out. I am not subscribed just yet but hoping for good results, resulting in signing up. My skin has always been very good but has drastically changed quite quickly since reaching 54. It’s sad really how we change so much. It may be me but I’m not sure how to use the other products, if they are in conjunction with, or instead of. Is there any benefit in changing each product or introducing another product into the regime. It would be lovely to have an instant coffee as extra time is not always available in the mornings. I got this collagen and the MCT oil because I was suspicious of a good friend who I was accusing off having injectable treatments. She swore the only thing she was doing differently was using a primer with her make up and taking collagen. I have only been taking for a few weeks but have noticed a difference in the elasticity of my skin and joint aches I was suffering with. Also started a Vitamin D supplement, so this could be helping joints too, but I will definitely purchase again and recommend to friends, who are waiting for my verdict. Overall, as a woman in the middle of menopause and looking for ways to help my body as I age, I’m really pleased with my decision to start taking collagen, and particularly this brand.

I have been adding a teaspoon of True Collagen to my morning tea every day for four weeks and I can honestly see an improvement to the quality of my hair, skin and nails. My skin’s complexion has improved, hair seems thicker and has grown a lot ( my routes are a shining example haha!) and my nails too. In terms of energy levels I can’t quite compare just yet; I'm quite an active person anyways and have good energy in general. I encouraged my husband to take too. He was a skeptic in all honesty but he too is slowly seeing the benefits.
