Ancient Minerals - Magnesium Lotion - Goodnight (75ml)

This lotion is the only way my intestines will accept and absorb Magnesium so I use it every night rubbed into my lower legs. If I don’t I get cramps!

I have used the gel in the past but found it hard to control the amount that came out of the tube, and just generally messy when applying, The Goodnight Lotion, however, was just perfect! The pump-action means that you only get a small amount at a time so no need to worry about spills and the cream just feels so much nicer on your skin. I would apply a little to my feet before going to bed, as well as to any muscles that felt particularly sore or tight. (I would also do the latter during the day sometimes, which I found helpful.) I believe that this helped me to be calm and relaxed, and therefore made falling asleep easier. This will definitely be my go-to magnesium product now!

It helps with sleep and pain. I have a very painful knee and at night I rub a small amount into my knee and a small amount into my stomach where it absorbs more rapidly .
