Ancient Minerals - Magnesium Oil 237ml

This stuff is amazing. I started using it during my last pregnancy and I believe it helped tremendously with morning sickness. I use it with my current pregnancy as well and definitely feel better than my pregnancies before I discovered this spray! It has helped with me leg cramps as well for those middle of the night, wake you up out of a dead sleep, lovely pregnancy leg cramps. I use it before bed and it helps me get better sleep too! Just an all around great thing to have on hand.

I absolutely love this pain relief topical spray oil. My chiropractor recommended it to me for my upper back pain. What I love most is it's made out of natural minerals and pure ingredients. When I first tried it I didn't like it so much because it tingled quite a bit but It did take away my pain which was nice. I decided to try it again and it didn't tingle near as bad the second time. I think it only tingles the first time you use it due to your skin getting used to it. It is oil so it's greasy when you apply it , but after you massage it in and leave it on for 20 minutes then wipe it off it does not leave a greasy residue which is great! I would recommend this over bio freeze for body pain any day!

Yet to try the ultra version of this magnesium oil but if the regular one is anything to go by, then I can't finish the current bottle quickly enough.Anecdotally, this product works instantly on nocturnal leg cramps. I've seen it numerous times when I've had to apply it on a family member.Your skin is the biggest organ and the best way to take magnesium is via absorption.Have been using this brand for more than 10 years and have no desire to switch.

Best Quality Magnesium Oil

This is the absolute best mag oil on the market in my opinion and i have tried them all. Other brands are so weak they don't do anything when applied. This Ancient Minerals brand is my favorite go to product for my magnesium needs. It quickly relieves legs cramps, muscle aches and soreness. May sting if applied on sensitive or newly shaved areas. (I like to apply it after showering and towelling off.)It feels oily when first applied but that's goes away in about 15 minutes. You may also rinse off after 20 minutes if you like. Best magnesium form + MSM!!

I have been using this magnesium oil for about 6 years. I use 35 sprays every morning on my skin (arms or legs) 10 minutes before the shower. This supplement is a life changer. I feel much better. I get a lot of energy from the magnesium and the MSM and I can work long days without fatigue. I advice this amazing supplement to everyone!

This work’s noticeable improvement on my 32 year old joints during long weeks of construction work. It wouldn’t be wise to go without now that its support comes with a tangible reminder when I forget. i.e the first whole body application before going to bed left me waking up out of a refreshing detox response (a quite night sweat 😅).

I saw a tip that using magnesium oil as a deodorant is a good way to get magnesium into your system efficiently and works to block the odors. I am terrible at taking pills and struggle to find a natural deodorant that works effectively. I thought to give it a try. It has worked wonderfully for me. Even when I do a rigorous workout, it works at stopping odors! Highly recommend the quality of the product!

Magnesium Oil Ultra

I was hoping to be rid of my migraines after I reached a certain age as my doctors told me that was a great possibility. I was disappointed because as I was getting them less often they still were a hindrance. I started applying the magnesium oil daily. I realized that my headaches were coming fewer and far between. As I am not 100% sure this is the reason why, I will not stop applying it because I am so happy not to have migraines. My husband deals with arthritis and I am going to have him start adding this to his daily routine. I am anxious to see if he gets any results.

Sleeping Better Than Ever

I purchased this magnesium product after reading a blog by Ancestral Supplements. I just spray it all over my body and rub it in right before bed (make sure you really rub it in or it gets salty when it dries). I get a wonderful tingly feeling and in 15 minutes I’m relaxed and feeling ready for sleep. I first hand understand that I’m definitely deficient in this mineral and I feel great using the product. I combine this with a magnesium citrate oral supplement as well. Well worth the effort here, you won’t be disappointed.

Surprised it made me itchy

I wasn’t expecting it to feel like an oil or irritate my skin enough to make me feel I needed to scratch. I’m sure the magnesium is absorbed based on less muscle tension and if I forget to use I feel some fasciculations or leg cramps. I also found topical magnesium cheaper elsewhere but do not know its purity or absorbability. Honest feedback. I am rotating application sites now.
