I've suffered with bone density issues and joint and body pain for years. Issues caused by side effects to a medication I was given years ago. I tend to be sensitive to things and get negative side effects. So when I saw the commercial saying it helps with this I did a little research and everything I read agreed collagen helps. I also liked that it has multiple kinds of collagen and that is natural. I decided to give it a try, and THE DIFFERENCE IS DEFINITELY NOTICEABLE! Now there was one negative, and let me make it clear, the research I did said this is a rare side effect to collagen and as I've stated I tend to be sensitive and get negative side effects. I started having diarrhea. I lowered the amount to 2 capsules a day instead of three and it seems to be helping. And I'm still noticing the great benefits! I would definitely recommend this product.

Started my 10th bottle. I’m assuming and hope it must help, the claims are so wonderful. But, I’m not sure I see results, at least not big ones. I’m a young 66, I’ve always looked much younger than my age. Although, that fact started to change the past few yrs & I started looking a bit more like my age. That’s why I started using this collagen, the claims were amazing. I’m praying it’s helping. I also tried the powder, 6 or more jars, but I didn’t like the kind of mucky form of it, or the taste. Plain had a very strange flavor, was not tasteless & the vanilla was just bad, not like any vanilla I’ve had. I do have a very strong sense of smell & taste, so I’m sure that was part of not liking the powder.
