I really like this product. It gives me a convenient way to charge two devices (my iPhone and Apple Watch) on my nightstand from a single charger. I use the USB-C output, (with an Anker 641 USB-C to Lightning cable) for charging my iPhone - it gives me up to 30W when only the USB-C port is in use or up to 20W when the charger's USB-C AND USB-A ports are both in use. The USB-A port is perfect for charging my Apple Watch - it provides up to 12W. What a difference using the USB-C output with either 30W or 20W makes in charging time for an iPhone compared to the old 5W Apple cube chargers! I had this charger for 31 days before it stopped working. The USB port no longer charges. I tried different charging cords but it is definitely the charger itself that’s not working. Don’t waste your money. I bought this because of the good reviews, which did not hold true for me. Now I can’t return it as it’s outside the 30 day window. Would love to hear from customer service about this terrible product.

This adapter is for sure a great powerhouse for those who have many devices lying around. I use this power adapter to charge all my Apple products and it's great. It's fast, and the promised wattages are achievable. But from time to time the adapter makes a strange noise while charging and it gets super (like very very) hot such that I plug it out and wait for it to cool down. This all worries me a bit about the product's reliability but overall, this product is an 8/10 for me.

I didn't really realize they had different capacities and I still don't really know the practical difference. Anker, can you make up a handy chart or something?I just needed something that would charge my phone faster and I settled on this one. Well it works perfectly for that purpose. It's a little wide for some of my surge protectors and ends up crowding out the neighboring outlets but I think that might be normal for this capacity block? I originally purchased this plug as a cheaper alternative to the UGREEN plugs, and I love Anker so I knew it would be great value for money, and it is. It's reliable, foldable, lightweight, well made and affordable. I use it every single night to charge my vape and my Apple watch without issue. No over-heating and never any concerns or problems. Great value for money, for dual USB and the fact it has USB-C and USB-A is great.
