I Have been using this product for over 2 years now and love it more and more everyday. The Battery Life is very long and the Portability is ideal. Also having 2 USB A ports makes it compatible with every device. I never have to worry about the charging speed either because I always know that my phone will be fully charged in nearly 30 minutes. I highly recommend this product because it is affordable and has made my life so much easier the past few years while keeping traveled the world and worked all over the country.

Best and safest power bank I've ever owned!

This is hands down the best power bank I've ever owned. I did lots of research online because I wanted a power bank that was safe for my nitendo switch. Every single youtube channel and written articles highly suggest Anker. I got this particular one because they suggested this precise model. I bought it for a camping trip my family was taking and my 7 year old nephew,6year old niece and 4 year old nephew were coming on the trip and they absolutely love pokemon so I figured I would bring my switch and let's go pikachu to play with the kids for a bit before bed time (they aren't really allowed to play video games but their mom is my sister and she trusts me, so playing pokemon on my switch is a treat. Not to mention it would entertain me on the long drive) we were staying in a Class C motor home with 9 people and where I slept had no plug in so I definitely was happy I brought my ankor power bank. It charges my switch fully with no issue, and had plenty of battery left (I charged my phone 3 times, charged my sisters laptop and my father's phone before it finally was on low battery) it absolutely charges fast and holds tons of battery. It doesn't gt hot, had several charging options, has clear indicator to let you know how much battery life it has left, it came with a charging cable and a nice little case to put it in. I totally love it. The one and only complaint (its not really a complaint) it definitely takes a long time to fully charge it up. It took several hours and at times I just leave it charging over night and still not fully charged in the morning (since it holds so much battery life,it only makes sense that it would take significant time to charge) i suggest making sure to plug it in the morning a day before you need it (if taking it on a trip) if its something you will use everyday, the battery last a long time so just make sure to plug it in when its dead way before you need to use it again. Lights on the ankor battery will turn completely off when it is fully charged. Its simple, works great, and decent price. I absolutely suggest this to anyone and especially to those who are looking for a portable battery for their Nintendo switch because we all know how Nintendo switches can brick from using any type of items on the switch that isn't licensed nintendo and having a portable battery that isn't within the correct voltage for the switch can brick it. If you have any concerns still about using it for a switch, I suggest looking up YouTube videos on it and I promise you that majority of the videos will suggest this power bank. Definitely buy this if you are wanting or needing a power bank for any electronics.

Durable, Reliable - Absolutely must have for travel and emergencies!
21 June 2021

I have had this portable charger since May 2019 and it is now June 2021. I love this portable charger and don't leave home without it! I originally got this charger to help maintain charge on my iPhone 6s during a trip to Greece. It was so nice to have as I could charge the iPhone 6s multiple times before running the battery on the power bank down. I was able to go a couple days between charging the power bank while abroad. I also liked that it had 2 USB ports so that my friend and I could both charge our phones at the same time when needed.I have since switched to an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the Power Bank still works great. The Power Bank is able to charge the iPhone 11 Pro Max half as many times as it did with the iPhone 6s with the same starting power. I still think it is worth to have on hand. However, I am not sure this power bank would be able to charge two new iphones at the same time to 100% battery.I also like to keep this charged and ready in case of power outages or emergencies too.The only downside to this power bank is that it is "heavy". There's a noticeable difference in the weight of my purse depending on whether or not the power bank is inside of it.

Great Device
18 April 2021

Learned of this device when I was at a store buying eyeglasses and had to call my insurance company. My cell phone battery died in the midst of the call. The salesperson offered to let me use their Anker PowerCore 20100. I hadn’t used a portable charger before. The Anker fully charged my phone so quickly, I had to buy one. The device is well-made and ergonomically designed to fit nicely in my hand. It comes with a power cord and a fishnet carrying bag, which makes it easier to transport and store the power cord. It has two USB ports for charging. I use it mostly to charge my Wonderboom because I listen to a lot of podcasts on my cell phone while relaxing, and I use Wonderboom to provide better sound. I like it so much, I bought one for my sister and her husband as a gift. (Affordable pricing allows for this!) Two of their children live out of state, and they can take the Anker with them and charge both phones while traveling on the road to visit them. Thank you, Anker, for making such a good quality product at an affordable price.

Not pocket friendly but to be expected for a 20Ah pack
25 October 2019

It's a good size and weight for a 20,000 mAh battery pack. Longer and narrower than the unbranded packs out there so fits in your hand better but about the same weight and thickness. It's narrower than your average phone so when held back to back, it doesn't fit as nice when held together. But it's better to use a longer cable and keep the pack in your bag or pocket as it's heavy enough that you don't want to hold it all the time while you're using your phone.I've taken it camping and on holiday many times now, never had any problems getting it on a plane as long as it's in your hand carry luggage. It's size and weight means it's not pocket friendly, so a backpack is recommended for day excursions. Charged a tablet and 3 phones with some juice to spare. The unit takes a very long time to fully charge, which is to be expected for 20Ah. Around 8 to 14 hours depending on what type of wall plug you use. A wall plug is not included but any plug that can quick charge a phone or tablet (2A output) will charge it closer to the 8 hour mark. The unit gets warm but nothing excessive however the USB connectors on the cable do get quite warm at either side (unit and plug sides) when charging from the wall, so it's definitely recommended to use high quality cables that can handle a high load for extended periods of time. I didn't use the cable provided in the box but one of Anker's 3m long micro-USB cables I purchased separately.Comes with a little carry pouch that can fit a couple of cables along with the unit, which was nice. So far no complaints, fully charged the unit about 20 times now and no signs of expansion either like some of the unbranded packs, so definitely recommended.

Portable charger
20 February 2024

Been looking at getting a portable charger for a while but not really getting round to buying. In the end after getting stranded due to car battery being drained (kids&lights) and phone dying and not wanting to be in that situation again I bought this which is always with me. I looked at a few different ones and chose this one from the reviews. It's small and light enough to carry either in pocket or bag and charges quick enough. It has come in handy a few times now whilst been out and about with family and at gigs. Also be great when days out with kids to theme parks etc. Only negative I have is the cable to charge the item is micro USB so had to fish out a spare USB c cable for my phone but otherwise highly recommend

Reliable & Powerful for 4 years and going.

I have owned two of these for the past 4 years. They have traveled to the field and overseas with me multiple times. The rest of the time they float around my house and serve random purposes. After 4 years and only sometimes being kept in a case, they still look almost new. Very few barely noticeable scuffs. They hold a charge like a champ. I can charge these and check on them several MONTHS later and they haven't dropped the charge at all. They're amazing during power outages because once they are charged you don't have to remember to check on them. Power goes out? Boom; powerbank is good to go. 12-hour plane ride? No worries, it'll keep your phone charged the whole time. I used one to power a CD drive for my Surface laptop...because it puts out more power than my Surface. Even when the Powerbank is on its last bar, I don't notice a drop in charge ability.I am in the process of buying the new model for my brother, but still have no need to replace my own. These power banks make GREAT gifts. I want to leave this review because I sincerely appreciate the quality and durability of this product. It's so hard to find a product nowadays, that doesn't need to be replaced all the time. I will be a lifelong Anker customer, user, and unpaid salesrep because of how good these powerbanks are.

My PC20100 A1271 started blinking lights and not charging or discharging. I think its outside the 18mrh warranty, what are my options for getting the best power bank ive ever seen in my life operating, replaced, sumthin?? I feel so lost without it, not joking, no other power bank matches this brand

If you will be carrying this product in a backpack I heavily recommend this capacity. Although, if you are going to be carrying it around, such as on a social outing, I recommend one of lower capacity, which in turn is lighter.I extensively recommend purchasing this product or other Anker portable chargers that have PowerIQ charging.
