Here it is again. Similar to the other reviews, I'm disappointed in Anker in the delivery of this product. This is not a Kickstarter - it's a product being sold, and it seems they wanted to launch the rest of the Prime line without being ready with this product. As a company that I've purchased from many times, it's disappointing to see the way they've handled this product from the get go, and I hope they can learn a lesson from it.

I've been very lucky to receive my power bank. I have charged this fully within an hour using a 120w wall charger. The app setup was very easy and It's really great you can check the status of your power bank without having to go to your desk and check. The app does have a limited range but it is still a very nice feature. The display is very clear and bright enough to see everything. The display is larger than the 737 which is very good, I have no issues so far, I have only used the power bank for one day, so I will continue to use this. This is likely to replace my 737 and it feels slightly lighter and the display and app function is great.
I have finally received the product a week ago, and i tested the accuracy of the battery percentage displayed on the screen for this particular Prime 27650mAh powerbank, at first when it showed 100% I thought it is completely full because it didnt show any current going inside anymore, but in reality, this is not the case for this powerbank, it keeps on charging at high speed until couple of minutes later it ramps down the current like I would expect any battery devices do. One of the things I really disliked about the 737 was that only one of the USB-C ports was for input/charging. Not a deal breaker, but the ink is black and so is the plastic, so trying to see which port I needed to plug a cable into to charge the 737 was also a guessing game unless it was a well lit environment. The Anker Prime 27k solves that problem by allowing both USB-C ports to accept charging of the device.The phone app is also a neat upgrade. You can schedule when you want your battery to be fully charged Ithink optimized charging on the iPhone). You can also schedule when you want devices connected to the Prime 27k to be charged, so that they aren’t going to sit at 100% overnight, but rather schedule them to charge devices fully, say, right before you leave home). This is a neat add on. Not sure how often I’ll use it but it is a nice feature. I will say the addition of Bluetooth to remotely check battery status is also nice, but the feature I see myself using most is the built in “find me” style locator. Not that I loose things often, but just knowing where to look straight away is a time saver. Whether the kids took my charger, I left it it my work bag, or maybe it’s still in the camper or in my gym bag, it’s just nice being able to ping for it and find it fast. The speaker is about as loud as an AirTag or Tile and is controlled via the phone app.All that said, it’s a new offering from Anker, and the full retail price reflects that. If I didn’t have the Anker 737 already (which is often on sale for under $100), then I would probably feel better about spending the money for the Prime 27k. For someone looking for a feature rich battery bank, this is a clear winner. For those thinking about upgrading from the 737 or similar size power bank, I would say wait until it goes on sale (or sell your 737 to recoup some of the cost of your upgrade). Thank you
I really like this battery, has solid efficiency (doesn”t get too hot during charging), has pass-thru capabilities, in other wordds you can use as an UPS (unimterubtible PSU) for your critical devices powered by USB or USB-C. My only complaint is the UI: make fonts bigger, screen is alteady too small, give up some concuurent info display. Also scren brightness is relatively low, picture is compated with a iphone-14 in sleep mode while the Anker battery pacl was set to “Max Brightness”. Good, solid product. I obesses about baterries, this one is tbe best so far (2023)
An extremely powerful and high capacity powerbank with Bluetooth app support. The powerbank can show so many details including input voltage and current along with output voltage and current. The 2 inputs can take 2 different voltages from 2 different supplies / power banks to charge fast. Best PowerBank I’ve ever had.
Similar to the other 1-star reviewers, I'm disappointed in Anker in the launch of the product. They seemed to represent the product in the same vein as the rest of the "Anker Prime" line, i.e. expected to be shipping relatively soon, but that does not seem to be the case. What I suspect happened is they wanted to launch the Prime branding all-at-once and was not willing to wait for the production of this particular variant of the Power Bank. Either way, it has hurt their credibility in my mind, and I will be considering other brands for my charging needs going forward.
The charger itself has a great build quality, but something is wrong with the percentage of charge shown on screen that is not correct. When the powerbank reached 100% (the screen shows), it displayed as if no more power is taking in from the wall charger, but this is not true, it is still taking in power at what the charger can provide, until a couple of minutes later when the charger wattage ramps down. So, i believe that it is the software issue that the screen on the powerbank displayed wrongly about intake of power and the state of charge of battery. Hopefully this can be fixed on the next firmware update.
