This is my second set of Analon cookware. I'm a home cook and my first pan's cooking surface had become worn and visibly scratched after only 2 years of light use. I bought this replacement because it said "...Analon advanced, infinity slide system, optimal nonstick cookware..." After cooking my first burger which stuck to the pan, I tried to return it under warranty. My claim was rejected so I'm stuck with these. However, it won't be long because they will be worn out in 2years. This cookware is far from nonstick.

I had a Calphalon pan that warped after the first use. I have a flat top stove, so a wobbly pan was useless. The Anolon pan stayed completely flat after a dozen uses already. I use it alot and love it. Very well made.

In less than 2 years, the coating began to peel. My warranty claim was denied for a non-specific reason: "The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or damage from overheating. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty." I don't think it was misused or abused and I definitely didn't use it for commercial use, but I can't reply to the email to find out more information. Disappointed. Will not be buying this brand again.

I have always loved Anolon brand cookware. Very high quality. However, this particular model was a bit of a disappointment. The lid design has a flaw, hence one star removed. Water can get stuck in the rim area where the metal/glass overlap. There is no way to wipe it dry, as the thin edge of a paper towel cannot access it. You just need to let it dry naturally over several days.The pan itself I found a little too wide. It interferes with placement of other pans on the burners, hence another star removed. I would prefer if the pan had a smaller diameter, and a deeper height instead. Due to pandemic online shopping, I never saw this in person prior to purchase.I wish this pan were offered in 3-quart size or in the chef's pan style also, with helper handle and lid ... I had purchased Anolon over 20 years ago and have been happy with it. When it was time to replace a few of my pans, I decided not to get a whole new 10 piece set. Macy's was having an amazing sale, and I got four new pans, and I LOVE THEM!! I forgot how wonderful new pans can be, and I believe they have improved them since I bought them last. They cook evenly and are a snap to clean. I am very happy with my purchases!
The Anolon Lifetime Warranty is a bogus false claim. We had an Anolon Advanced 5 qt Sauté pan with comfort lid & handle.Always careful to clean it properly and store it with felt pads to avoid scratches. The Anolon claim to replace the deteriorating surface was declined because of untrue reasons. Lifetime ended up being only 5 years so beware of this false lifetime warranty.
This is a great pan. Love the size, I can cook large one pan meals. The extra handle is helpful. I also like the padded handles, they are cool to the touch. I haven't tried it in the oven yet but so far it's a great pan. I like that I can put it in the dishwasher too.
Love the size, 2 handles, & especially the beautiful blue color. However, I never even used it as according to use & care info, it is not dishwasher safe. It’s 2023, why is it not made to be dishwasher safe? Returned.
I replaced my old sauté pan and bought this one. It is a great pan, perfect size for making a large pot of chili or spaghetti sauce and cooks/simmers evenly. Pan is well made, durable and easy to clean. Definitely a multipurpose pan and a must have fir your kitchen.
THESE PANS ARE JUNK. They are NOT non-stick, and they scratch VERY easily. I have only hand washed them and have never put them in the dishwasher. I paid a LOT of money for them too. The area around the handle screws are rusting too. Unfortunately I lost the receipt so can't take them back. I do think I will attempt to contact Anolon about it, but don't have high hopes. Buyer beware!!
