I'm altogether satisfied, but I was expecting more noise reduction given their advertising and some of the other reviews here. If you are building a basic machine for light work, you might get silence. But if you plan to change out the case fans and put a high-performance + air-cooled CPU and GPU in there, then forget it. It's not like I'm going to rip everything back out of this case, but if I were building another computer tomorrow, I'd reexamine my options.

I would have preferred it if I could take the top off. As it was, having massive modular power cables in such a small case wasn't great - it wasn't that easy to get them into the cable cavity. Otherwise, it seems okay so far for dust. Noise is another matter - I can definitely hear my CPU fan from outside.

I was looking for a cheap (ish) micro ATX case that could still take an optical drive (as many do not now) and look good doing it. I settled on this one - it has numerous cut-outs for cable management, a full (hidden from the front) 5.25" bay, a plethora of 2.5" SSD mounts (of which I only needed one) and even two 3.5" mounts. And yet despite that, it has ample room for even a long 3000 series GPU, and enough height for at least a 92mm fan tower CPU cooler.I ended up pairing the case with an Icy Dock Flex-Fit Duo fitted with an Akasa card reader and Asus 9.5mm ultra-slim DVD drive in the 5.25" slot, which should cover everything I need.
Excellent construction, excellent finish, and very easy to work with. I needed a case that sits under the desk and having power and reset buttons as well, as the USB ports on the to was exactly the positioning I needed. The case replaced my old trusty TermalTake Soprano - since I am using SSD drives now and a micro-ATX mo-bo I no longer needed that large inside room. Quietness was also high on my priority list.
Pros: Was finally enough to make me switch from my Antecedent solo case.Attractive understated looks, Keeps noise to a minimum even with the standard supplied fans (140/120 front back, my only other fan is in the psu - passive cpu/gpu).Bottom mounted psu can be flipped to face upward to take air from inside the case, front filter can be popped out without tools and even a regular 5 1/4 dvd drive can be fitted if desired.Cons: Psu shroud (but one still allowing the psu to pull from inside case for carpeted floors) would help keeping cables hidden (althou there is no side window). 4 pin pwm fans would be perfect nicer.
The fans are so quiet because they have such low airflow. Had to leave the side off for my CPU to quit overheating all the time. (with the side on, it breaks 100°c in under 5 minutes of gaming, with the side off, it never breaks 90°c) Will be replacing the fans with something that gives a bit better airflow.***UPDATE 7/2/2019***Replaced case fans with Arctic P12 case fans. Just as silent as the stock fans, but with better airflow at the same speed, and the ability to go much faster.Ryzen 5 2400g with a GAMMAXX 400 (2x Arctic P12 fans instead of the stock fan) and a bleeding-edge stable overclock of the iGPU, stays under 86°c no matter what, and the acoustic impact is effectively nil.***UPDATE 11/11/2019***Purchased a second one of these for another system, and used ... Case mitigates about half of the blower fan noise from the 5700XT, and renders the CPU cooler silent. Have taken to leaving the front door of the case open whenever possible for improved airflow, but that only minimally affect temperatures. (the highest difference I've measured is 3°c lower max on the GPU, and no change on CPU)

The last Antec case I built a system in was a Three Hundred- a case that was in the same price range, and similarly business-looking- the "fit and finish" of the Three Hundred was better than this P5. I'm not sure how effective the foamed panels are at reducing noise levels, as the system I built is fairly quiet to begin with. I expected a bit more for the price, and given my previous experiences with Antec.
Egg taken off was for airflow. Though most people should know there are always airflow and heat concerns for builds in these sorts of cases, Antec doesn't do enough to warn the user. I'd hate for a kid to finish his first build only for it to die early because of suffocated, hot components. I had to slightly underclock my GPU (rx480 8gb) and CPU (r5 1500x) to get an acceptable mix of low idle temps and low noise. If you are willing to make these sacrefices for silence, buy this case. It's great for a silent browsing/work computer that can game at the end of the day. Most of my cons were pretty minor and manageable. If you refuse to sacrifice performance just buy something with a mesh front panel.
