This will be the 3 request I send to Manscaped to resolve an issue I have with my “Boxer Replenishment” several days ago, I receive my 2nd replenishment of new boxers. Unfortunately, even though I ordered a large pair, I received an XXL pair.. I check my account settings, large. I checked the receipt that was shipped with the boxers, large. But no worries right!!! Manscaped has a hassle free return policy!!! WRONG!!! With no number to call and two emails sent since last Friday, I am beginning to think I will just cancel my a subscription all together.. the boxer briefs are great and fit well, “when your shipped the right size that you ordered.”

I love my Manscaped boxers. They are the most comfortable underwears I own, without a doubt. I would definitely buy more of them... IF there was some way to indicate which kind I want. Underwear: Wait band is too tight. Got an XL (3pk actually) and feels fine at first, but after a while the waist band constricted. So, I decided to back 2XL 3 pack and although they are looser, the waistband portion is still tight. An extra size up should be represented in the waistband as well. Maybe do the sizing with inches like some other brands do. This is the only product I have purchased. I am still on the fence with getting a trimmer and/or other products. Time to get my pre-COVID-19 weight back. I am forgiving, this is not an underwear company so I am really not mad or here to bash, but you asked. You guys look like you are doing a good job for your customers so I have no ill will. Keep doing good work, the people need it.

I'm super picky about my boxers, from material to design & every nitpicky thing you can think of... My girlfriend fortunately likes shopping, and for years has managed to dig up the 2 brands I approve of just before the last of my old pairs disintegrate, then the cycle continues...After all these years of loyalty elsewhere, I can't lie, Manscaped is now my new favorite brand... They're pricier, so I still use my other go-to brands but, if it was doable, every pair in my drawer would be Manscaped... That said, I am building up to that point with periodic replenishments every 2-3 months... I was disappointed that the promo code 'Chugs' he gave me didn't work but appreciated the sale price on the set. I was impressed by the products and packaging, and the underwear and dop kit that came with it. I also like the smell. It seems a quality product. He is 15 and a little careless about personal hygiene so I thought any interest deserved encouragement!!! If you will contact me again after Christmas, I would love to let you know how he liked it, or will let him tell you himself!! The boxers that came with the original set seemed possibly a bit small, so I ordered a 'medium' just in case. I really don't know. I was really hopeful for these boxers. I work outside and needed something that kept me cool and kept me dry. The seams on these boxers are thick, and don't feel all that great. There also seems to be more seams than normal boxers. Probably for a more secure fit, but every seam is another area that can rub against your skin. The seams are very thick, which also cause rubbing. Honestly the seams should have been reversed so they are smooth on the inside. Would have made for a much for comfortable fit.The fabric is awesome- no questions there. The collar is pretty stout, a little too stout honestly as it wants to roll its so tall.All in all, I find them to be mediocre engineered, top notch fabric boxers. I love the manscaped boxers they do exactly what they are advertised to do the they prevent chaffing and rashes down there. I always wore boxers and have switched to breifs since getting a pair from manscaped. I liked them so much I ordered another pair two weeks after getting them. I hope you guys keep making them and would like to see them in some other colors like blue or grey which I've noticed I sweat less in then black but they are still great. My only knock on these boxers is the black color gets hot and causes sweating but its ok cause they still do what they are supposed to do and that wick sweat and prevent chaffing. Please consider making these boxers in one other color like blue or grey.
I received my first pair of Manscaped Boxer-Briefs as part of a package of Manscaped care products, which was a nice bonus gift. I have a large fashion underwear collection, but with recent lower back problems, I needed to find something that had a soft enough waistband that I could tolerate the pressure on my lower back. The Manscaped bonus boxer was just right in that regard, and also a quality product of very soft fabric, excellent construction, with no annoying seams in the wrong places, keeping my boys and little guy very happy, while pampering my lower back with its soft waistband. I just received two 3-packs of the Manscaped boxes, and am now wearing them exclusively as my daily go-to underwear. Thanks, Manscaped!
They are great!The quality is awesome, they fit my thighs perfectly (which is what I was looking for) and the material forms to me very well with no discomfort or weird scratchy irritation like something is poking you. These boxers feel great and are so nice. They’re so nice that I’m buying nothing but these boxers from here on out with a second pair on the way to the house right now! Great product. Btw everything I’ve tried from Manscaped has been absolutely on point. I won’t shop for down there or even body wash anywhere else as long as they continue to do what they do.
Love these boxers! My first pair came with the performance package, and I loved them so much that I had to get another pair. These boxers are soft, comfortable, do not ride up, and keeps everything in place. My second pair came in two weeks ago, and I love them as well. My only wish: Manscaped would make them in different colors (i.e. blue, which is my favorite color). I would buy different color Manscaped boxers in a heartbeat!! Get these because you can immediately feel the difference between these draws and all the others you've had.
