Antipodes Mineral Foundation Ivory

This is a lovley soft and Smooth miniral foundation. I found after a few hours of wear it does become rather shiny. I have a lighter skin tone so it's not entirely a match for me. If it was a lighter shade would buy this product again.

Amazed by how good this

Amazed by how good this foundation is. Surprising level of even coverage, that lasts. Very easy to apply, I use a large blusher brush. Even has a very subtle shimmer that gives a really natural “glow”. Love it. Best mineral foundation I’ve tried. I went for pale pink which is a good match for my winter skin.

Good coverage

Much better than expected. Good coverage. Not as easy to apply as a liquid foundation but good build-ability. Nice colour match as well and hides my red cheeks well

I'm sorry to say that

I'm sorry to say that I had a bad reaction to this foundation, which I attribute to the Bismuth Oxychoride. Even though this ingredient is certified and deemed 'pure', it irritated my skin and left me with a sore rash for over a week. Naturisimo were wonderful at helping me deal with the complaint and finding a better replacement – thank you to the customer services team!

Light, natural look

I hadn't worn makeup for a while then I used some liquid foundation and it felt heavy and uncomfortable. I wanted something that gave a light coverage and improved my skintone with looking like I was plastered in makeup.It took a bit of practice to apply, you definitely need the correct type of brush. The effect is very natural, just what I wanted. The spf is a real plus as well.

This is basically the best powder foundation in the market. Funny enough doesn't even feel too powdery on the face, actually opposite - quite emollient, does not set in the fine lines, does not accentuate pores nor any texture, but gives this perfect air-brushed luminous canvas. By no means it's not glittery in any way, just this smooth, satiny, silky, luminous goodness. Coverage is light to medium, but can be built up without being cakey. Works perfectly well with powder or cream products underneath or on top. Brilliant ingredients, hence very pleasant on the skin, super lightweight, no irritation whatsoever. Lovely foundation!

I bought this product after reading the reviews and am so glad I did. It’s very easy to apply, blends in well and gave me just the right amount of coverage. It’s so light you don’t know you’re wearing anything which is exactly what I wanted. You don’t need much product either so it will last longer too. Would definitely recommend.

My go-to product

I usually wear a light weight luxury foundation and concealer set with powder to get me through the work day and rush hour commutes on the tube. I'd been wanting to try something natural that was mineral based and easy to touch up (if I ever found the time during a busy day, which is usually a no). My pores were minimised (winning) it was a better colour match than my foundation or tinted moisturiser (i've had both color matched numerous time). My skin looked great. It looked healthy, smooth and happy, no dry patches (which I am prone to getting). I do put a light dusting of powder in the T-zone because I have a lengthy commute on the tube/train - Today was 21 degrees, I had a 2 hr commute to the office and I haven't had to touch up once.On days where I want more coverage I add a little more with concealer when necessary, otherwise just a light buff all over. This is my go-to product.

Smooth texture, gives medium coverage. worth trying.01 Pale Pink: If you swallowed skin with a very light shade with a pink undertone, it may be a little yellow tone.An excellent post-Holocaust product with several similar products and received a high rating.

Perfect match

I was not expecting this, but this mineral foundation is amazing! Light yellow (02) was the perfect match for my skintone. I have tried many natural mineral foundations - they were too drying, accentuated my pores, made my skin itch or looked cakey after a while.. Not this one! It's almost invisible, easy to build up coverage where needed, no dry patches! And even during hot temperatures it won't fade away. I am so glad that I tried this, it's really a great product!
