Bought six of these - three for each of two workstations. They setup quickly and you can adjust the height up and down, the tilt upward and downward, the screen left and right and even rotate to portrait mode. Makes multiple monitors easy no matter how much desk space you have available. The base unit is minimalist but heavy - making it very stable.Included an HDMI to DVI adapter (why this choice, I'll never know) and an HDMI cable. The monitor has Display-Port native - and every major PC company is switching to DisplayPort. ALL monitor companies should be including DP cables - none seem to.No worries here - buy one...or six!

This product fulfills all expectations of a monitor in this size and price range, Including having a low latency IPS screen, which means excellent color range reproduction while maintaining that high performance expected of a screen that advertises 144Hz 1ms specs. The only drawback of this particular monitor is that the menu is awkward to access and navigate using the button layout provided under the front edge of the screen, but is however sufficient to easily navigate if you are doing nothing else at the time. The real drawback of this particular feature is seen when one might need to make adjustments in game, on the fly, when seconds might matter to the outcome of the action, and visual comfort needs to be fine tuned for optimal viewing comfort.TLDR: Great ... I love this monitor. I went through 4 before choosing this one. I tried some of the more name brands. No e of them had the quality or ease of use this one does. I'm a type of shopper that don't just go off of review I try them. Make my own decisions. This one flawlessly connected picture was great right out of the box. I had to make a couple of adjustments. Took maybe 3 min. I thought I knew what I was looking for until I came across this one. I wanted a 4k compatible monitor. AL these other things. This completely changed my mind. Added extra bonus none of others had was the fact that it tilted rotates and can be moved up and down for height, not to mention the side to side movement. Just in case you want to move your keyboard and mouse over a little. Just turn the ... MoreI love this monitor. I went through 4 before choosing this one. I tried some of the more name brands. If you don't buy a extended warranty. Of course I bought with, cause I like to always have that extra protection. Would highly recommend.

To give you some more facts about this monitor, I have waited few weeks. So far, it is great in almost all areas. Despite being "only" 1080 resolution, and size of the monitor gives everyone who sees it for the first time a "Wow!" I know it is not as big as some that much more expensive like the LG line, but in truth, most people who are not gamers or graphic designers don't use this kind of monitor, they have never seen one- so it does impress! (We can debate the real need for a 4K monitor another time, but most people have no idea how compressed their Netflix movies are, right?).Now for the positives. Since it has been on 24/7 for 4 weeks, I have not experienced any light bleeding or dead pixels. In addition to its sturdy construction and the fact that it has ... Since it has been on 24/7 for 4 weeks, I have not experienced any light bleeding or dead pixels. In addition to its sturdy construction and the fact that it has two HDMI and Displayport connections, the stand is very useful if you don't have a VESA mount. It has been great for gaming. My experience with it has been flawless. This is not a negative, but obviously, it's not 4K. Whether you really need 4K is up to you, but if you are fine with 1080, this is the monitor to buy.Because I couldn't disable the 'energy saving' feature that makes it auto-shutoff, I gave it 4,5 stars. The price is even better if you can get it on sale, as I did. Highly recommended!
Bought this along with iBUYPOWER - SlateMESH Gaming Desktop and they compliment each other really well. Initial set up of monitor, you will get the basic quality which is very good but after a friend helped tweak the settings for PRIME GAMING of COD, the results are AHMAZING! Great for beginner PC gamers and approved by Vet gamers! No built in speakers, which I already knew but i was able to bluetooth to a speaker. The curved screen is awesome and does make a difference. It swivels and also adjustable up and down.I love that it has various ports. I compared this monitor to many and read reviews of all and this was my final choice! Not disappointed AT ALL and I have been using this since Christmas 2022!
144Hz is definitely done well on this monitor, and Gsync was enabled immediately without me having to fiddle with any settings. Colors are as vibrant as you'd expect from an IPS panel, and I have no noticeable IPS glow from normal viewing angles. That said, the out of the box color calibration was questionable. The color profile was set to "warm" which gave everything a very noticeable red tinge. Setting it to 50/50/50 was no help, as this produced a slight green tint. I ended up setting it to 44/44/53, which alleviated the color issues and it looks good now.
I'm an instructor for blind and visually impaired individuals. At times, I do in-person training at their home and business. Since half of my clients uses laptop computers, I would connect an external monitor so I can see what they are doing. This prevents me from looking over their shoulder when trying to observe their skills. The AOC 24G2 allows you to connect a device that has either VGA, HDMI, and display port. Another reason why I like the AOC 24G2 (other than the sale price) is that you can adjust the monitor in many directions (tilt, raise, and turn left-right). No doubt it is good for gaming, but even better for instructors like myself.
Despite the impressive specs on paper, this monitor is a hot mess.First, this is AOC Class 1 monitor, which means a few dead pixels are acceptable so if you have dead pixels, expect the replacement to have them as well.Next, the anti-glare layer has some small bubbles and some odd looking sections around the edges. The controls are atrocious and the marketed software features do NOTHING to control the menu options, on the contrary, the software fights what you set up in the monitor menu. The navigation uses old fashion navigation buttons but that's not the issue. It's that the buttons are recessed to the point that you spend more time trying to just find them.Overdrive does absolutely nothing on this AOC. Tested with games and UFO Test and it did ... Tested with games and UFO Test and it did nothing. There was noticable ghosting and the colors atrocious with noticable banding. Why? This is a fricken 6bit screen (or fake 8bit w/frc).Documentation and Quick start are pretty useless., as is their website. There wasn't much info on it and I let the employee talk me out of my original choice for this monitor. Mistake.
The colors look great, and from any angle (thanks to being IPS)!The bezel is so thin it still surprises me when I compare it to my older monitor. Great for using with a 2nd monitor (maybe I'll get another for minimal bezel!).The high hertz rate works great, and it works for both G-sync and Freesync!I did have an issue with it randomly blacking out for a second, but that was because of my graphics card and that my other monitor uses DVI. Resolved by using HDMI/Display port output to the 2nd monitor instead. Not really an issue with the monitor, but I thought I'd mention it incase anyone has this issue. The stand is firm while still thin, and I appreciate the ability to rotate up/down/left/right easily. The only two thing I can think of that's missing is a USB ... I love the graphics on this moniter. I use a desk that has a space for the monitor but until now the biggest size I could use was 21 inches. Because of the curve I am finally able to use the whole space. I couldn't believe the difference that the extra 3 inches diagonally made. It is an HD and the picture is very nice. It also has a very high refresh rate. I highly recommend this, especially for someone who may have a limited space.
