Works well! Does the job of making poached eggs more easily than any other method I’ve tried.
It doesn’t work. I paid $15 for this product but it was hopeless. Firstly, finding the correct sized pan to use it with was a challenge. Secondly the pan needed to have a Pyrex lid so you could see the eggs cooking. Lastly, getting one egg out at a time was difficult.
After one use the board has slice marks on it from our knife. Its supposed to be marble. Should it really chip that easily? Our bench tops are marble and they arent like that. Wouldnt recommend.
Easy to use and I get the eggs done the way I like it - cooked white and runny yellow. Covering the eggs definitely makes a difference with the eggs. Washing is easy as it is non-stick.

spray with oil to prevent sticking. Works well. Good for in caravan as it fits into our fry pan
