Create homemade nut milk from almonds, hazelnuts, or macadamias, with the Appetito Nut Milk Bags. To make nut milk, you will need 1 cup of raw unsalted and unshelled nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil, pecans, macadamia, walnuts), 2 - 3 cups of filtered water for soaking the nuts, and 4 cups of filtered water for blending. Instructions for use: Soak the nuts in 2-3 cups of filtered water overnight. Drain and discard the water. Blend nuts with 4 cups of filtered water until almost smooth. Strain the blended nut mixture using the Appetito Nut Milk Bag. Twist the top tightly to drain all the milk. Discard pulp, or save for adding to baked goods (such as crackers). Refrigerate. The milk will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Made from natural cotton. Handwash before and between use.
