When the iPad (7th Generation) shipped from the factory, it came with a 12 watt power adapter. This would be a 5.2 Volts @ 2.4Amps adapter. The power adapter included with this refurbished iPad (7th generation) is only 10 watts, which is 5.0 volts @ 2.0 amps. While this will charge the iPad, it’s less than the minimum included from the factory. If you want standard speed of charging, you will want the 12 amp adapter. For faster charging, you can get the 20 amp adapter which provides 5 volts at 3.0 amps or 9 volts at 2.2 amps. Of course these cost $19 for the official Apple product, plus the charging cable which is USB-C for another $19/$29 (1 meter/2 meters). This isn’t clearly disclosed in the listing. The iPad itself works fine.

Bought these iPads for my grandkids as an early Christmas present. Two worked fine and one would not hold a charge. Called Walmart and was told I would have to return the item and pay the new price which was $40 more than the original price I purchased them at two weeks ago. The product has a 90 day warranty which Walmart is unwilling to honor. Despite being on hold for over an hour and on the phone for almost two hours they were only willing to give a $25 credit. I will NEVER order another electronic from Walmart ever again. If you are going to sell a defective item you should be prepared to replace it for the same amount it is purchased for. Seems like common practice for customer service related issues. I am appalled by the way this situation was handled. I will ... MoreBought these iPads for my grandkids as an early Christmas present. Fake Apple Products/Aftermarket Hardware Inside
12 June 2024

Fake Apple Product, iPad 7th Generation delivered on May 8th, shut off, won’t charge or power on June 9th. Picked up for being serviced today June 12th, Apple Tech said “your iPad is bent and the hardware inside are aftermarket parts, it’s not an Apple product, don’t buy electronics from the same place you buy your eggs, get your money back Ma’am” I just messaged the seller today June 12 around 2:50pm. So let’s see how their customer service is and how they do with refunding and returning. Will be back to update. I am customer that gives credit to where credit is due. Hopefully I won’t experience the horror stories many have dealing with this company’s return and refund process.

Glitchy tablet
25 July 2024

Originally bought this tablet for husband to conduct business on it . First day that he opened the tablet was OK within a matter of two hours. The tablet was frozen. We tried shutting it off. The iPad would not power down because it was frozen. You couldn’t slide the power off button. So we left a tablet alone for a couple hours and came back. We was finally able to power down the tablet and turn it back on but ever since then we’ve been having problems with the touchscreen system itself and the tablet isn’t even that old. He just opened it on July 15, 2024. We tried contacting the seller, but we have not heard anything back.

Malfunctioning won’t charge won’t hold charge
23 December 2024

One tablet will not hold charge. Took forever to come on when I initially took iPad out package to charge. It was plugged up for several hours and did not come on. I eventually fell asleep and it was fully charged by morning. However I finally gifted my daughter the iPads on 12/22 and today 12/23. One of the iPads will not hold a charge. It was on the charger overnight and was still only charged to 2%. Switched it to a different charger and it has only went up to 7%. so something is definitely wrong because it is charging super slow and won’t hold a charge. I just got these and spent a lot of money so I’m not satisfied.

I’ve always been skeptical to buy restored items, but this one claimed good condition. The seller didn’t have excellent reviews but I decided to give it a try (shout out to Harlem NY) as they accept returns for a couple months and the price was awesome. This was a birthday present for my daughter who turned 30 and is a business owner. She wanted/needed one. When I opened it to check it out, I didn’t see the Apple logo and the color was different - I panicked instead of looking further and gave it to her early - told her to check it over. She was amazed then she laughed at me because IT CAME WITH A COVER ON! I felt silly but relieved that it was actually the IPad as advertised, logo and all. Very disappointed with purchase
20 December 2024

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts. I understand they are refurbished, but it said no visible cosmetic defects from if you hold the item 12 inches from your face. These things were beat up pretty bad….scratches, scuffs, and corner dings. One had a large dent on the back side of it. Then I plugged them in….one of them wouldn’t charge past 1% and I left it plugged in for a good 45 mins to an hour. Very disappointed in this purchase. I am returning them, as I purchased 2 more refurbished iPads from another vendor and they were perfect when I received them.

Wrong description
18 December 2024

First off,I understand these are restored IPads. However, it says “LIKE NEW”. I ordered two IPads for both my children for Christmas. The description said like new and that they are 10.2” HOWEVER, they are NOT!The iPads are 9.8”, meaning the cases I bought won’t fit and I won’t have time to return them and have the correct ones here by Christmas. One of the IPads came with a deep scrape near the charging port, how is that “like new”? I’m so disappointed and feel as if I got ripped off. I should’ve paid the extra $20 and got the ones from Amazon.

The device looks like new, the battery is decent, but the charging block and or cable it came with is junk.It was on the charger for at least 8 hours, with me only having it off for about 30 minutes. When I went to bed it was at 62%. I was charging it with a 2.4a charger, so I suspect it's the very thin cable.I took it off the charger at 100% today, and have had the screen on while watching a video at high brightness and high volume. After about 2.5 hours of streaming, with the screen on the entire time, the battery is at 75%.The battery should last at least 6-8 hours judging by this. It's not a brand new battery, but it is sufficient. If you factor in an extra $30 for a good cable and charging block, you can see why the price is so low.All in all, I'm very ... MoreThe device looks like new, the battery is decent, but the charging block and or cable it came with is junk.It was on the charger for at least 8 hours, with me only having it off for about 30 minutes. It would have been great if this listing mentioned the capabilities of the charging block and cable though, so I could have ordered one at the time I ordered this. Also, it was delivered when it said it would.
