I was going to buy the iPad Pro but in all conscience couldn't justify the extra expense. This is a swap for my old iPad Pro, the original version. I wanted extra size and extra memory, this fits the bill nicely. Super light and with an ESR case to absorb shocks if dropped it's happy being held for any length of time. The screen is nice and bright and having the extra size means I can enlarge my fonts without cramping the space. Plenty of room to view photos and edit, which is quite important for me. Glad I may the purchase. The additional 2 years of cover you get with JLP is also a worthwhile consideration. I will also advise I took advantage of the Cashback scheme, all very simple to use and payment was quick and efficient.

I recommend everyone going with as long a protection plan as you can afford, because you are just as likely to encounter any issues if not more so past that 2 year timeframe. My power button on the last device was also starting to get stuck despite using a case and those buttons are not easy to repair on an iPad Air due to their proximity to the motherboard, so definitely do all you can to protect your device. Don't use a casual thin case that just looks cute, use something with enough padding to protect the whole device, especially if you live in a home with kids and pets, things get knocked over despite best practices. If you want your power button to last longer I recommend trying assistive touch too! It limits how much you need to use that power button and the volume buttons, since you can use Assistive Touch with a small button directly on the screen to do things like lock your screen, restart your device, control volume, and take a screenshot. Very cool!

I had been using an original iPad when travelling, but the 16gb memory was becoming cumbersome at best; it would regularly struggle to hold enough downloaded shows from my streaming service to get me through the first airport waiting.I opted for the iPad Air first gen (128gb) thinking that would see me through my next trip. Instead I've got enough storage to last 3 or 4 trips, no issue.The iPad Air is noticeably faster, more responsive, more powerful and all round a higher quality product. Despite the relative product age, it stacks up against the contemporary releases and for the price, it's the ideal option for those of us who are not only entertaining ourselves but also kids.
This iPad changed my life. I was going through some tough times, and the inclusion of this wonderful piece of technology into my life has turned my world around. I feel much more free and uninhibited by society. My iPad is my pride and joy, my whole life is this miniature computer and the fact I get to hold it in my own two hands makes me so unbelievably grateful, and it has taught me to appreciate my life so much more. Thank you for blessing me in this way. Words can’t describe my gratitude, my love and my appreciation. If I can recommend anything in this world to anyone, it would be this iPad.
Honestly for the price I was expecting worse.. BUT THIS IPAD IS GREAT. It came only charged at 10 percent also in some... Weird packaging but I charged it up and saw that is was completely fine! It goes up to iOS 12.5.7 which isn't an issue because the art app I use works on it. YouTube, Pinterest, and Other apps don't work though but I have been using the websites. If you are looking for a cheap bare minimum iPad THIS IS FOR YOU!!! I have been drawing on this thing all day and night haha. Only complaint is there are specs of dirt under the screen from when someone put it back together. it's really annoying but other than that there are no dents or scratches. VERY slow charging but get a new cord or charge it overnight. Amazing product for more than half the price

Walmart customer service has tried several times to no avail….I bought 2 of these iPads for my grandsons, and yes I knew they were refurbished, they were for a 4-6 yr old to watch YouTube kids and download their games. What I was not aware of was the fact 1. They download a game and the screen goes black. 2. Chargers were included and neither work. 3. Seller has been contacted and is saying I knew they were older, and YES he is correct I did. I do not recommend this IPad! When I opened the box up there is a sticker on the back of it that said “the property of some school in California” I thought that was weird. Like whoever restored the IPad didn’t think to take this off. So, anyways I turn it on so I can set it up because I got it for my daughter as a Christmas gift and I wanted to set it up and have her favorite apps all ready downloaded. But, I couldn’t do that it would not let me download You tube or Disney her favorite apps. Ok so I move on to games and educational apps it was so limited to what I could download. It needs to be updated. However I thought at least You tube could be downloaded. It’s her first iPad that’s why I got it restored to see how well she would take care of it. I Loved this purchase. It was affordable for me. Although shipping took a while I received it, right before Christmas. I bought a beautiful case for it. Everything worked perfectly. Bought it for my step daughter. Long story short, some children think they’re entitled to new packaging. They’re very adult thinking children. If you’re a parent that can’t afford a brand new IPAD and you have a child that’s a great scholar and their grateful for all you do. Order this item!!! It’s 10 stars in my opinion. Every tech item sleeps or locks after not using for a while. Nothing is wrong with it! Some children just think they’re smarter than you!
