The phone doesn’t not have FaceTime Audio calling , and I have been in contact with sharafDG support and they have not been helpful at all and don’t even seem to understand what I am saying. I have been in contact with apple support for the past 2 weeks and seems like I have to take the phone to an Apple Store and get another one instead.

A few highlights that I am enjoying: updated shortcuts, customizable widgets & home screen plus an excellent camera and video recording! I am disappointed that there is no facial recognition while wearing masks. That would have been clutch for this iPhone release and Apple missed the mark. The phone has a nice weight to it and feels good in the hand despite the heftiness of it. The sound quality has improved also. I would recommend this iPhone upgrade.

One word clarifies this phone. AMAZING! I never really was happy with bigger phones till this one came along. Everything about it is FANTASTIC! If even feels comfortable in my hands. I bought a otterbox symmetry pop series case for it. Nice and slim. Fantastic everything on this phone.
I am a huge iPhone fan, be sure you get a case right away, the phone is very slippery. Also, if you are transferring from another older iPhone, let the iPhone completely transfer before adding the AT&T mobile transfer app to the new phone. I cancelled the transfer between my phones thinking the new app would transfer everything, wrong! I am now adding all the apps back on my phone. Ugh!
FR works very well best build of iphone I have ever owned started with Iphone 3 S. Needed 5G, FR,Ip65. The larger screen oled is just out of this World.Camera system very handy to optical zoom. Would recommend highly.
It charges slow unless you have one of the c chargers an it only comes with the cable not the block which is expensive. It freezes a lot! The volume is amazing! Without headphones and the charging block it definitely lowers my opinion. Also the service seems worse! I had the XR and now I can not do anything on the web or anything that uses data like apps which is strange since it’s the same service just different phone.
Nice Phone, I am concerned about the privacy with the use of this phone and frankly any phone. The ability to listen and record has been enhanced. The 4th amendment is clear and all modern phones are violating our rights based upon our consent? The consent given is coerced based upon our desire to use the features offered....that is shady at best.
That it’s a fantastic mobile phone. Lighter than I thought it would be. Actually it’s beautifully designed too. A lot of things changed from my last phone (XS) to this newer model. Then just using the camera a little bit and I’m blown away! I’m thinking about downloading the manual so I will know all the tips and tricks! GOOD JOB APPLE!!
My new phone arrived as a package by the front door. It has a new Sim card in it, so I did not have to transfer the Sim card from my old phone - an iPhone 7 Plus. After I started up the new phone and installed the program, I called AT&T and they transfer the number from my old phone to the new phone. I then placed my old phone next to my new phone and let the migration system transfer all the applications and information and settings into the new phone. There’s a YouTube video detailing the procedure. It works very well. The migration from the old phone to the new phone only took about 45 minutes. The new phone works great and the battery lasts a long time.
