Very disappointed. There are a list of issues, I have never experienced this before with a new phone that’s been out for a few months. For starters, does not hold a charge for long. I use my phone all day long for business especially emails. With my iPhone 13, I would be able to go the whole day and still have 30 to 40%. Now I’m under 50% halfway into the day. I cannot get into my FB messenger. Every time I tap the app, it does a quick flash, and will not load. I only get Sound on my text notifications half of the time. I have had my phone ring only once and the sound stops. I was initially looking forward to the iPhone 15 plus as a replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro. Loved that phone. Especially the color. When I ordered my new 15 plus I thought I’d get the blue again. Great color! I thought. But when I received it I thought it was white. The color is terrible. Light blue. So light it looks white. I’ll be trading it as soon as the next iPhone comes out.

I was long overdue for an upgrade, still struggling along with my 8 , so I am really loving this new phone... plus, it's pink! it came ready to set up, right out of of the box, with one major exception - it literally took days and multiple tries to get my Apple Watch paired with the phone. So frustrating that they make you update your watch before it'll properly pair with the phone. Trying to get that squared away took much longer than it ever should have. Otherwise, I am absolutely loving the ease of use with this phone, especially the camera and facial recognition!

The phone is ok for what it is. I didn’t want the one I ended up with. I wanted the iPhone 15 pro max and when I got to the store I was told that they didn’t have any in stock. So I ask for just the pro they didn’t have any of those either. So I was told they had a plus so I was like ok I’ll take it in pink. I was happy about the color and that’s about it. Then when I was about to finish the payment and everything so I could leave. I realized I wasn’t given a phone with enough storage it was smaller than the one I already had. So I had to switch the phone and the only color was black. I got a case for it but I hate that too and immediately took it off. I barely use the phone unless I need to text or call someone. Just not what I wanted at all.
I went from an iPhone 11 to a 15 plus. Not a whole lot different in my opinion. Great phone none the less. I am disappointed that a charging block no long comes with the phone. Put me in a predicament for sure. I am a Fan of the USB C. For the money I spent you would think a way to charge it would come standard. I had to scurry to find a way to do so. I am not very tech savvy. One thing I read was the iPhone 15 Plus has a very good battery life. I don’t use my phone to its full potential so, reliability and durability is pretty important. Everything else I have from Apple has the old style. iPad, EarPod pro & Apple Watch. A little heads up would have been greatly appreciated. It’s early but so far so good.
Purchase was 11/29. I sure hope I remembered his name correctly!! I traded my iPhone 12 for the pkg deal of iPhone 15Plus, iPad, & Apple Watch. Gave the watch to my grandson- he was the only one in family that didn't have one. The iPad I am going to use for Microsoft 365 Personal. We were hacked on 11/2... computer, all Credit Cards, PayPal using Checking Acct & my Facebook. I will not use my computer anymore, even tho Geek Squad cleaned & found 2 components that were there for the hackers. Happened to us 2 yrs ago same two weeks in Oct. I love the phone. The battery lasts longer & the size is just a little bit larger, which helps me because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been with Verizon since the purchase of my 1st cell phone. I have to say I am disappointed in the new IPhone 15 that I recently purchased. The battery life is a huge issue! My prior IPhone purchases I did not need to charge my phone but every 2nd to 3rd day. I am down to 35%by the end of the day! Apple has been called on the carpet many times for this issue so you would think they have fixed this issue! Especially to their loyal customers. When I asked the gal at the store I purchased my phone from a week after using my phone she told me Apple is aware of the issue and they are working on a update… my loyalty to Apple is wavering as this is something they already knew. I would say at this time the free phone that is being offered needs some major time for Apple to fix the issues. We turned an Iphone with purchase of new Iphone. I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and was quite surprised Verizon they offered my wife $14 for an Iphone 8 Plus. To be fair it had a small crack in the front glass in the corner but glass change for these company is quite small. It seems that once you are a long-term customer you get nothing so I will be looking for another vendor as we have 4 accounts that has been taken for granted. Amazingly Comcast called 2 weeks later after I had canceled and replaced the internet and offered the same price. Everything is online and they could have easily checked the local pricing before I canceled. It is the same effort that is going to happen to Verizon and I'm a satisfied customer that doesn't like being treated poorly. Every ad has free I15 phones for changing for even phones no longer useable. It seems you have to leave a company before they wake up so sad because who wants to waste energy on change for similar product. Time for a AT&T and T-Mobile check in.
We didn’t realize it used a different connector till they brought the phone to us. This caused issues using Apple Car play since our other phone is a iPhone 12. We had to swap connectors in the car depending on who was driving. We took the phone back and exchanged it for an iPhone 14 which has the old style connector. It also saved us $150 and does everything we need. We also found out you need to know your Apple password before you start to transfer data from your old phone. Otherwise the data transfers is painful and difficult.
turned on for first time and it forced me to install an update which took 60 mins to download on wifi (it failed three times) this was before i could even use it. but even then the update was corrupted, and it wouldn’t receive sms. like otp to setup and use internet banking. so phone was useless. called applecare was on the phone for two hours. they were no help. in total spent 6 hours setting up. and reinstalling everything three times. had to use a computer in the end and completely wipe the phone. i paid a premium so this stuff didnt happen!
