I have been with AT&T for 15 years and always paid my monthly bill on time for 3 lines. I recently purchased 2 new iPhone 15 a few weeks back and was given $350 for trading in my iPhone11 but I would get the $350 in increments over a 3 year period as I would pay the new iPhones off over 3 years.I received a bill and did notice the tax for the phones was taken out in a lump some which I have no problem with. I don’t like the price I had to pay considering I’ve been going through AT&T for yeaaarrrsss (Mind you this account is atleast 5 years old. My dad handled payments for atleast a year before I took over my payments in my freshman year of highschool and I’m now 20 years old as of 2024 and graduated in 2023 and I’ve been dealing with the same account the entire time….) Other companies are charging so much less for new customers, and customers that have been going through AT&T for years don’t get deals on products for even close to the same prices. The phone itself is fine but that has nothing to do with AT&T and honestly the only day to day issue I have with this phone is service while I’m at home and the funny part about that is we use AT&T on a different account for wifi and we had 5G installed (and had to pay for it) and our service is no better than before if not worse)… So all in all, the phone is okay, way too over priced for a customer who has been going through AT&T for 5+ years, the service is subpar for the price you have to pay for it, and the only thing that has stopped me from switching to a different service provider is the fact that I’m used to the myat&t app and couldn’t get my identity verified through the Verizon app to transfer everything and pay 5 dollars a month for the newest Iphone with the same price for service as AT&T offers. If you can go through a different company for cheaper I would absolutely recommend switching because AT&T will charge as much as they can for any and everything at the snap of a finger if you allow them to. They also are not transparent about the things they will charge you for when you have an account through them. My advice? Find a better company to give your money to when it comes to phone service.

The iPhone 15 Plus has been great so far - upgraded from the XR after 7 years of using it and one replacement battery. No complaints about the phone itself.However, Verizon should offer more incentives to their long term "existing" customer base!! It's a flat out SHAME to offer brand new phone to new customers or free phone if you add a line. I can see why people now change carriers every two to three years - brand new phones at practically little to no cost. The ONLY reason why I did NOT jump ship is because my daughter purchased a new phone about a one year ago and she is on my plan.
