Apple iPhone 16 (256GB, Pink)

Contrary to the online reviews that this is not a remarkable iPhone, I would gladly say this standard and the plus are. Being significantly faster with the latest A18 chip and with additional hardware features such as the capture button, its a great leap from the previous models, plus the gorgeous colours are to die for. If you’re coming from an 11, 12, 13 or 14, this could be your next phone.

Apple just keeps getting better l.

I ordered the teal. Beautiful new color! I had both the XR and iPhone 13 in red so this is a refreshing change for me. The smaller bezel makes the phone seem much larger although it’s approximately the same size as my previous phones. I don’t know what Apple did but the display is sharper and the colors more vibrant. Much easier on these older eyes.

Explaining New Phone Technology

Phone works great. To much technology for the older generation like me who was never raised with the technology. Associates don’t have or take enough time to explain the basics. Sadly the associate doesn’t realize they are doing everything to the phone, instead of explaining. I also understand the associate only has so much time to spend with each client.

Great buy

Didn’t think there will be this much improvement coming from the iPhone 12 to the iPhone 16. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this phone. Great performance, battery life, display and camera. Happy that the macro shots are now on the cheaper version. I love taking close ups on small objects when at a park

Keyboard problems

I have been having trouble with the touch screen. The keyboard intermittently grays out and freezes. Took it to the Apple Store and they ran diagnostics on it that showed the touchscreen was fine but the Bluetooth was broken. They replaced the mid board and said it was fixed. Still having the same issue with the keyboard graying out. It is going back to the shop to be repaired. This is a pain because all data has to be restored to the phone once you get it back. Then you have to activate your phone with Verizon and then every app and mail account has to be logged back into again.

Not as good as it should be

Service from MediaMkt was fantastic - 5*But I am disappointed with the phone - maybe my expectations were too high, but I have had lots of problems with the screen freezing, the photo app crashing and being unable to connect it to my iMac. It is slow loading lots of things, and frequently switches to 3G when it should be on 4 or 5G (my old phone on the same network didn't have this problem). There are things that my old SE 2020 phone could do smoothly that this can't. Yes, the screen is lovely; yes, the camera is great; yes, the sound quality is much better - but until the bugs are sorted out (and I'm sure they will be) this is disappointing for the price.

Not my favorite so far

It’s been ok. There seem to be a lot of issues/glitches that need to be worked out.I don’t like the push button on the top left. It silences my phone too easily vs the hard button.My text messages don’t always alert audibly from my phone & definitely not to my Apple Watch.I also don’t like the changes to view my photos, but maybe it will get better as I use it.

Pink iphone=perfection

As always, iphone/ios is great. I came from a samsung, which was great dont get me wrong, but iphone/ios is always smoother, and works the last iphone i had for 3-4 years NO issues and i expect the same for this. And the pink on this phone is everything. Apple really delivered on its colors this year, just wish I could have this pink on a Pro model.

iPhone 16 Pro 1TB Black MIA

Finally decided to upgrade, but finding an iPhone 16 Pro with enough storage at Optimum is proving frustrating. So many places only stock the 128GB models, which just isn't enough these days. I need that 1TB black beauty, but they're like gold dust! Come on, Optimum, give us more options!
