My experience with Best Buy and AT&T honestly couldn’t be better.Pre-ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max as a trade-in upgrade & picked it up from Best Buy on Friday, 9/20.Super smooth & super quick - I was literally in & out of Best Buy in less than 4 minutes.Best Buy had my iPhone ready for pickup at the check-out counter and I didn’t even have to swipe my Best Buy credit card; they just checked my ID.Powered on the new 16 Pro Max when I got home and it was already synced to my AT&T phone number right out of the box. I also have a secondary business line that had no contract attached to it.So, I upgraded my business line to get the 16 Pro Max for $5 per month with trade-in, and had AT&T move the line on my 15 (which is still under contract) to the new 16 Pro Max (which is also under contract), and I gave my father my 15 Pro Max, and we’re trading his old 13 Pro Max to qualify for the $1,000 off over 36 months.In September 2025 the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be eligible for upgrade, so I’ll upgrade my main phone line, give my father the 16 Pro Max, and get a 17 Pro Max for $5 per month.You can leap frog like this with AT&T and qualify for the $1,000 off iPhone offer each year if you have multiple phone lines. It’s an awesome way to get a new iPhone every year or two for you and your family.If you don’t have multiple lines, AT&T now has an upgrade every year option called Up Next for $10/mo. that allows you to upgrade every year, without the fancy footwork.

Having dithered about wondering whether or not to buy for several months now. I decided to 'go for it' and I am so glad that I did. Lots of new features on this phone, ease of handling and very easy to set up. what more could you ask for, except getting it a bit cheaper, and I did! Fantastic.

Ordered at 13.09, received at 23.09, very good from Digitec.New “camera button” seems good in landscape mode photography and video recording, but not so good in portrait mode. And probably it is better to buy 512gb of storage. 6 seconds of 4K 60FPS (ProRes Log) taking up 1.32gb of storage.Apple Intelligence also very good, working good but not perfectly, some things it still doesn’t understand and saying “Sorry, but I can’t do that”
