Apple iPhone XR 64 GB Black

This mint iPhone XR is a great phone at a great price. Keeping up with technology can be daunting these days. I choose to stay with state of the market models rather than state of the art. Personally, I buy my used Apple iPhones and iPads a couple generations back. Swappa gear meets my needs. These folks are a terrific source for used technology at a fraction of the price of brand new models. I just replaced my iPhone 8 Plus (great phone) with an iPhone XR (frankly, a very minor upgrade -- nearly the same phone minus the home button). Savvy buyers often buy mint used gear and turn it over every couple years or so. Candidly, this way, the out of pocket cost for staying relatively current on personal tech become more like a small rental fee. Swappa is the best place I've found to get mint condition used products at attractive prices. After several satisfied purchases, I am completely confident the item I see listed on Swappa is the product I will receive.

So here’s my opinion - I can’t stand the whole “Apple” vs “Android” battle with people. To each his own. What works for you is best for you. I received my package one day earlier than the expected date which is pretty nice, the FedEx box came with another box holding the Iphone and air packets inside to avoid damage. The Iphone came in an original-like Apple packaged white box, and my blue Iphone XR was inside and precisely sealed in plastic. Overall, first impressions of the way they packaged and handled were way out of the roof. It was organized and undamaged! Inside the box also was a new third party charging cable, charging port, and a metal SIM card eject tool. Now for the most shocking part.. There were no cracks, dents, or scratches on this iPhone. Perfect Other Than No Pressure Sensitivity

It’s a great phone! I was expecting a used refurbished phone but this phone came brand new, still with the plastic wrapping on the box and the plastic protector on the phone’s screen. It works perfectly, the battery health is at 100% so a charge lasts all day even if you’re using it a lot. The only thing I was disappointed about is the different touchscreen..I had an iPhone 6s before this phone which had 3D Touch instead of Haptic Touch. You won’t really notice the difference unless you’re like me and do a lot of digital drawing on your phone. 3D Touch allows you to have pressure sensitivity since certain actions were determined by how much pressure you use when touching the screen. Phone needed new screen and digitizer, not covered

After about 60 days, the phone started showing a thick black strip down the left side and the colours looked washed out. Initiated warranty request as there was no visible external damage whatsoever. Sent the phone back to the seller, and was told that it had been inspected and that I had caused the damage and it was not covered. Not sure how this is possible since no visible damage and was in a case from day one. Took the phone to an independent phone repair and had it fixed for $150. However, they told me that 2 screws had literally fallen out of the phone when they had opened it for repair, and that all the screws needed to replace the screen were badly stripped. Problem after problem

The phone is good. Came on time not damage. However the Straight Talk locked to Carrier made it bad. I’ve used straight talk my whole life and never had a problem until now. I usually just switch the sim cards on my phone because they’re all straight talk phone. When I did this for the XR is was a little different. It worked at first but everytime I lost signal it would say Cellular Error and contact apple or carrier. The only way to fix it is keep restarting the Network setting when you get signal. After contacting apple there best solution was to get a new sim card. Straight talk on the other had was no help at all. They recommended a soft restart which didn’t fix it. Product Review

For a USED DEVICE that I purchased in excellent condition, the product is pretty pristine. Although there are scratches, they are pretty light; you would have to look at the device at a close distance, and even at an angle to actually see them. For the USED DEVICE that I purchased, my inspection of said device only revealed two (2) miniscule dents around my camera lens. In conclusion, I would like to add that this review is not to discourage anyone from purchasing, I am just giving my honest and unbiased thoughts. Also, please remember that this is a company that helps us to recycle e-waste; therefore, miniscule scratches and dents may be inevitable. However, this company's price, service and shipping will be worth it, especially since it helps the planet.
