Ordered the “As New” iPhone XS because I wanted something that was cosmetically like new and the ad said “Refurbished in pristine condition and looks and functions 100% as new”.What I received was a phone that had several scratches. I would expect some very minor scuffs etc but if I’m buying an “as new” product in “pristine” condition then it should look almost immaculate.It also was not fully refurbished. It came with a drained battery that had a max capacity of 77%.They were willing for me to return it to them but could not promise they would be able to replace it our fix the issues. The phone works fine and still looks nice. But if you’re expecting it to be as advertised, it will not be.

I’ve had this same iPhone for years and I love it! I’m not even sure if they still make or sell it anymore since it’s so old and wasn’t/not so popular. I like the higher size of Gbs too! I did however have have to purchase more iCloud storage since I’ve used it all up. I love the size of it too. I’m not a huge fan of the big phones and how they keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I love how this size phone can easily fit into my back pockets, small bags like wristlets, purses, and so on. It’s a perfect fit in my hands too! If they still make this version of iPhones and you want something that’s not not so big, then I highly recommend this Xs iPhone version!

A Great Phone!

The iPhone size is perfect for me. The display images are very crisp and text easy to read. Takes great photographs. Very easy to setup. Transferring data from my old iPhone to the iPhone Xs was very simple process. The space gray color was nice too. Also, having 256 GB of storage space was plenty photographs, videos, apps, and documents. One more thing, this iPhone Xs is brand new and came in its original sealed packaging. It included the charging adapter, lightning cable, earphones and documentation.

Disappointed

This Iphone XS appeared to be in new condition with a screen protector pre-installed. There was a blemish on the screen, however, I had to remove the screen protector to determine if it was the screen or screen protector. It took a significant amount of time to update. Once in use, the screen function seemed intermittent with the screen freezing. The phone began typing on its own. I completed a reset, followed by factory restore and went to my provider for a new sim card. The phone is working with continued intermittent screen freezing. Disappointed it cannot be returned at my local best buy. Additionally, it was shipped by an international company. It is a significant risk purchasing a refurbished phone.

The battery's capacity was at 87%, but that's fairly reasonable for a used product. My only gripe so far is that the charging cable that came with it felt non-legitimate, but eh, fair enough.However... be cautious as to which seller is offering the phone. I've seen the "sold and shipped" section change from Device Care to Lucells. My purchase was from Device Care, not anyone else.From looking at Device Care's overall reviews, it looks like they'll replace broken screens / batteries them with non-legitimate / non-certified parts. Nothing but problems

I would never buy a phone from Best Buy again. Nothing but problems a month into using this phone. You have such a short window to return this phone that any issues might not show up until you start using it.To start the battery life was awful 79%. You would think a refurbished phone wouldn’t come with a battery that says “service” but I overlooked this because it seemed fine for a few weeks. Now my phone freezes and glitches every day. And it also shuts off randomly when the battery life still shows 30-40%. Ivr given Best Buy a few chances with other products. It is becoming an un trustworthy source. I feel disappointed. It’s like throwing out a few hundred dollars

Phone was great but the battery was bad

I ordered his phone after days if thinking from the supplier known as Mobile Joe on Best Buy. The phone literally came in like 15-16 hours after ordering it was great tbh. The box came with the charging cable the cube, a phone case and the phone itself which was in absolute excellent condition from every angle. It legit looked pretty much brand new but when I checked the battery life it showed me it was 76% which is real bad. I contacted the seller and they told me that the phone shouldn’t go out without a battery life of <85% so offered me a refund or exchange. I sent the product back with no shipping cost but unfortunately they didn’t have the phone in stock anymore so I just took the refund. Overall great customer service and product but it was faulty.

Satisfied With iPhone XS

I am enjoying the use of my iPhone XS.It is slightly smaller than the iPhone 8 Plus I have been using for the last 2 years, but after a few days of use, adjusted well.Don’t even miss the 8 plus at all, which by the way is much heavier in comparison, to hold.Love how lightweight the XS is.The only con I can think of is that it can bequite slippery when trying to hold onto, sobe sure you get a durable case/protector to go with it.Since it’s so lightweight it can easily slip out of your hand.You’ll be glad you spent the Extra $ to protect it.Also, Love the camera on this one better than the iPhone 8 PlusWould definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went from IPhone 13 pro back to Phone XS

I’ve had a numerous range of devices. Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. Every iPhone except for the XR and 14 series. My last few devices were ok ( 12 pro , 13 pro , 12 mini , 12 and 13 mini ) but I think it’s safe to say something was missing. I fell in love with the X series and wish I could’ve gotten a device in great condition however none were in stock. I received a Xs in about 6.8/10 condition with a battery health percentage of 86%. I wish it could’ve been in a little bit better shape but it’ll have to suffice. I was forced to update to iOS 16 after completing the setup. These devices remind me of a time when apple was still innovative and improving. Now it seems as though all the devices are the same and evolving them has been stagnant.
