My first order on-line with BJ's. I ordered a gift card for a graduation gift. I received a confirmation & tracking information for the order within two days. When I checked the tracking details the following week, it stated that the package was delivered the day prior, to somewhere in the state of Massachusetts, not NY where I live & requested it be shipped to.When I reached out - BJ's customer service, they said this would need to be 'researched." When I called back three days later - came across like it was my fault, and was told that I would need to re-order & pay for the item again. As I'm retired and live on a limited budget, this didn't sound appealing to me. Apparently they need to manage their shipping department more effectively, as I'm guessing I wasn't the only one that had an issue. Unfortunately, this one bad interaction has put a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be ordering through BJ's on-line again.
