This MacBook Pro M2 Max has massive speed, battery life lasts crazy long hours and overall, it’s an phenomenal laptop that will last for many years. Is it expensive, astronomically so but it’ll last 7-10 years minimum. Anything that is seriously such high quality with impressive power and battery life for close to a day, this is a laptop that will grow with you as your skills and abilities grow and is worth having and worth the expense.

The screen keeps glitching, I’ve only had it for 16 days it started doing this the day I got it but I thought it was associated with the app that was running. No one can help me. Just lost basically $500. ( I only bought this for school purposes. I don’t play games.I love the computer itself now if the screen could be fixed… I would give the whole experience 5 stars. But I’ve called 3 different people and everyone of them has given me different answers. One man said in the store: I was lucky to have the ports, “I could just plug the computer up to a monitor and use it.” (Guess I should have bought a desktop instead…)The ordering process was fine shipping was fine but the product itself and the customer services well… not so great.

I still haven’t been able to get the laptop to turn on. I’ve had it on the charger for a long time I got the computer bundle and it did not come with what it said it was going to come with. I got one headphone that you can get at the dollar tree it was supposed to come with a Bluetooth mouse, and it came with a cord mouse, and no computer case the corners of the computer are dented and it is very scratched. I know it’s refurbished, but I wish I knew what kind of condition it was in before I bought it and the laptop itself, the screen will not stay up. It’s like the hinges are stripped or too loose and it keeps closing. definitely would not recommend buying and yes I am returning it.

The newer M2 chip provides for faster access to memory and an option for 24GB of Ram. Slightly faster power adaptor which isn't much of an issue since I use Anker charging cords and products. All in all not much difference in performance but that'll vary depending on what you use it for. Photoshop is zippier, especially with larger files, but I have no way of quantifying that. I think Apple says the M2 is around 20% better than their M1 models and I'll just have to take their word for that. It is a nice machine and I have no complaints about it. I'd buy it again.
Yes, it's expensive. IMO, the M1 and M2 Macbook Airs lack adequate connectivity...and I normally just use my laptop for web surfing , music playback through a home stereo, and light business document work. Just a note to say that the audio quality through the built-in loudspeakers is actually listenable in a quiet room...a vast improvement over worthless audio from my previous MBP, which was a now-ancient 2012 model. (MBP/M2/16GB RAM/2TB SSD)
First of all they weren’t kidding about Certified 2 Day Express. Not only did my package arrive within three business days everything was packaged very securely. Upon opening the packaging I did receive everything in the MacBook bundle except for the bluetooth headphones which is the reason I left out one star. That being said the Apple case was already snapped onto the Macbook and I loved the color. The wireless mouse worked perfectly and everything was in tact. The Macbook Air itself was in immaculate condition. I only found a few minor dents and scratches near the charging port which wasn’t a big deal at all. When I charged it the first time and unplugged the battery it went from 100% to 6% within 5 minutes. My first Mac laptop is fun, a joy, and really fits my needs. How did Apple put all this together into a small package that is light weight but, very a powerful laptop. I use it for my retirement hobby of photography. Storing, editing all my photos on this device is fun and fulfilling after the shoot. It just works and fits the bill of what I needed to complete my photography hobby. Once I do my editing I can move my photos onto an external storage device to which I have easily networked to the MacBook.Great package that I can depend on in the years to come. If anyone is on the fence about this device just do it you won't be disappointed.

Customer service said still eligible for return…and gave me printed instructions to contact seller refuses to accept the return! Dropped some nice coin and purchased the best Mac book pro I could afford and one that meets my needs. Even with the leftover gift cards from birthday/Christmas it still cost a pretty penny. But this will be a dedicated video and photo editor, so wifey and the kids won’t be allowed to get their grubby hands on it. With 1TB of hard drive space, not too worried about storage; always backup to a secondary as a precaution. Read/write speeds are fast. Photo editing via Lightroom or photoshop and multitasking between the two are silky smooth. even when working with RAW files adding layers, adjustments, sliders, etc are a breeze and almost instantaneous.
