Seriously, absolutely incredible in every way. Came from a 5th gen 12.9 w Magic Keyboard and thought that was amazing when I got it. I had no idea all of the changes made to this new version. Yes, we all know the price sucks, but please listen to me **BUY IT!!** The moment you magnetize your new m4 to this, you will feel exactly how Iām telling you how I feel. From the tactical keys, to the larger trackpad, to the new metal design compared to the crappy leather that looked like garbage after awhile, to how the look of the keyboard thickness matches up with the size of the iPad itself when you close itā¦.itās all brilliant and vintage Apple. I like the new design of the keyboard buttons with the extra rows for your shortcut keys. The trackpad is as big as a MacBook Pro's now which makes it great to use. Not saying that the older gen was hard to use, but having a bigger trackpad, it makes it easier. I like that it's lighter and that the USB-C port now supports 35W. If you are buying the new M4 iPad Pros, you don't have a choice as the older version will not work due to the new arrangements of the magnets now. If you are planning on using this as a semi-replacement for your MacBook, then you will need this keyboard. Again, $350 is too expensive, but I haven't had a chance to try out the other ones like Logitech or ESR to be able to recommend those. I think itās because the iPad is further back when open on this new keyboard. They did design the hinge to be flat and exposed on this model, but it may have needed a bit more tightness in the hinge. But, overall, It really doesnāt bother me. The keyboard is absolutely fantastic and is the best companion to the new IPad Pro. I honestly havenāt used my MacBook at all since I bought this keyboard with my new iPad. It truly is such a a great upgrade and was what made me want the new iPad.
