I've had my original 44mm black watchband from Apple that I've been meaning to replace. Not because of degradation but because I wanted a change in style/color. I decided to try the Cactus Sport Band because it looks a bit like green and a bit like blue in certain lighting. There really isn't anything bad to say about an Apple original product. The quality is all there. The packaging is clean and well thought of.I don't get any types of rash or issues on my skin even after an extended period of wear. The aftermarket bands are cheaper. Sometimes significantly cheaper. But an original Apple Watch Band is definitely made from superior products. The feel is different the wear is so much better and the colors... ...well, they are apple at its best. Catch these on sale when you can.

This band has held up really well. I unload trucks full of loose loaded furniture. My watch, my rings even my earings get caught all the time. Its important to have products that you trust can hold up to what you do on a regular basis. This does it! The color holds up really well, too! It has a little bit more of a blue tint to it than i expected, but its still looks great with my starlight watch!
Wanted another band for my Apple 7 Series GPS watch besides my original Starlight band. I really like the black as it is a good option for not only every day, but when I need a band for more dressy affairs or more professional meetings.Sturdy and easy to put on the watch and on my arm. Some say they are concerned about the security of this band, meaning not staying clasped and on your arm, but I have never had any issues at all and I wear these bands 24/7 in all kinds of situations.
I bought this to replace the braided solo loop band that I originally purchased with my Apple Watch. Beware the braided solo loop bands, as they inevitably stretch over time and become loose. Mine started off tight, but ended up loose as a goose. I had to buy something to replace it, and these rubbery loops do just fine. As with all of Appleās bands (and most of Appleās products) they are overpriced, but the quality is high, so in that sense it is worth paying extra.
Iām rating the band itself 5 stars because it is the same genuine Apple band and ridiculous price youāll find anywhere. The Starlight color is really nice. My purchasing experience however is maybe 2 stars. I ordered Pink Sand, a color Apple no longer makes (and one of my favorites). I was excited to see Staples had it; I thought they were selling their remaining inventory of that color. I received a band in āStarlightā not āPink Sand.ā It just so happens that I loved Starlight when I saw it and since we donāt have any Staples locally I didnāt feel like shipping back for a return. So I kept it. But I had to go out and buy Pink Sand elsewhere.

It took forever to get to my house but anyway more about the Watch I have noticed that the battery life isnāt that great but Iām trying out some new stuff to see if it helps the battery life like I shared the number with my phone so I donāt have to have my phone on me at all times, I also changed it to where the screen doesnāt stay on all the time. I also minimized the notifications to where I only get the important ones. So far thatās all Iāve done for the battery life donāt know if it helps yet. Hopefully I can do another review to let you know how it works. For the battery life Iām also going to try to let the watch die and then charge it while itās off and see if that helps.All in all itās not a bad watch. You just need to make sure you're buying the right size with the Apple Watch 4 and above using 40mm (small) or 44mm (large) sizing, while older Apple Watches are either 38mm (small) or 42mm (large). I ended up buying new and have not had any problems. Are these bands expensive? Yes, but they're comfortable, and they'll last the entire lifetime of your watch(es).
