We have a 250 mm balde but the actual saliding tray is only 170 mm fully retracted.In practice you can only use it for hams that do not exceed 130 mm in diameter.When they advertised the machine you asume that all is reciprocal to the blade size and its not.So with a 250 blade at the maximun you can slice meats of a maximun length 130 mm, for this reason i have to break up blocks of meat in to small bitsI feel ripped off hence i can't return the machine konw that it has been used.

A little on th expensive side for what it is but saying that it's easy to put together, easy to clean and is a good size.
