Makes Ice Cream quick and easily. Fits all my recipes nicely in the bowl. 30 minutes is all that's needed. Handy to be able to extend churning time while machine is still running.
I love using this churner, it makes smooth ice cream without fail. Easy to use and easy to clean. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an ice cream churner.
Unit is exactly as described. Runs well and makes great ice cream. 2 litre capacity is a bit generous. 1 litre of mix makes about 1.8 litres of ice cream which is about its limit. Still very happy with it. Stainless steel tub is great and dasher doesn't leave much residue on sides or bottom of tub.
Owned a cusineart icecream, absolute rubbish, noisy and fell apart in no time. Bought this apuro, rather hesisitant at first, but glad i did, a very quiet machine, with a strong paddle motor, which whips plenty of air into the icecream, and a very quick chill down time, makes very smooth icecream. I highly recommend it,

I have used my machine 5 times now. It's so simple to use and easy to clean as well. I have made 2 ice cream birthday cake so far. Smiles all around the families.If would be 6 stars, if Apuro includes an ice cream recipe booklet to start us up, especially for first timers like myself.
I have had this churner for a few months and it creates an amazing texture, more like gelato, less air and just absolutely creamy. It is really great value in my opinion as it is a commercial grade machine for a domestic price.
