The latch at the top when locked did not prevent the paddle from sliding up/down which is critical to keep the paddle in the correct position. The handle kept moving which made it very difficult to paddle properly. Exchange was a pain, but the Highett store were very helpful.

First time out and the paddle didn't lock in tightly, so it kept spinning as I paddled, also the white graphic on it seemed to start to wash off on the first use. Went in store and they were happy to replace, checked in store and the replacement was also loose, we were able to open the lock and tighten that one, but not the other. I would definitely check before leaving the store that it locks tightly.

Sturdy and light, this is a good paddle which can be adjusted for different heights. I researched lots of different brands and this is the best 1 based on price and quality. The paddle floats which is an added bonus! I recommend this product.
Some customers are saying the latch/clamp that holds the variable sizing is loose.Yes it is when first unpacked BUT it can be tightened. When in the unlatched / open position make sure you turn it clockwise once (was enough to tighten it securely).
We have had a lot of fun already on this at Lakes Entrance.. Would recommend. I am 73 and grandchildren have also been on it. Owned it for 1 month and used it daily for a week. Easy to inflate and the bag is great for carrying.
Awesome paddle for myself and kids. We are beginners and they are easy to assemble, great to adjust, and easy to store. Reasonable price too. Would recommend to friends and family. We are in Coffs and have only stuck to calm waters, but am very happy with the paddle and inflatable paddle board both purchased from our local Anaconda store using click and collect and free home delivery. Love these products!!
Easy to adjust, lightweight and reasonable blade size. Great value. Slightly too big to put in the sup carry bag fyi.

This product has been made strong and stirdy. I have another one that i bought elsewhere and it has already come loose on the extension so i highly recommend this one from Anaconda !!!!
