Bought on Sunday opened today put together and started using it was hopeless leaking out of hand piece everywhere shoulder straps aren’t good. After 5 minutes I tipped the round up out and put it in the bin!! Wouldn’t recommend at allVery disappointing!!

I bought this product two days ago. As soon as I got it home I assembled it and filled it with approx 10 litres of chemical. I attempted to lift the backpack by the straps. One of the tiny u shaped plastic clips (the only thing holding the top of the straps to the product) snapped in half. On closer inspection it was determined how flimsy and inadequate these are. I am surprised they have been passed to hold the weight of the sprayer let alone the weight of the sprayer plus 15 litres of liquid. I had to return the sprayer and get a refund 20 minutes after buying it. Please DON'T waste your money. This product is sub standard and not manufactured for the purpose it is designed for. If it was possible to give zero stars I would have.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Poor man pays twice as i did. This item worked for a couple of hours before the pump packed it in. Spent more time trying to fix it than using it! Heinous, cheap and a disapointment.

Inherited 2 of these (new in boxes) when we bought our home. They work but with some problems. Many people have mentioned the straps (they’re right), the handle falls out (often) but the worst thing for mr is that the pump system leaks onto my back.I can assure you that it’s no fun being soaked in poison. These have been dropped off at the tip.
Bought one today despite the negative reviews, glad I did. The clips that everyone complains about worked fine for me. No dramas. The instructions are garbage but its not rocket science to figure out. A reviewer stated the wand leaks, when the handle controls the flow and the wand is about 60cm away from the handle its a no brainer that residual fluid is going to leak. Lift the wand up after releasing the trigger and it stops "leaking". Glad I bought mine, even though I wanted the cheap 12 buck 5l one that was out of stock. The hand pump worked fine for me as well, not once did it fall out unintentionally.
Yep... the clips for the shoulder strap couldn't hold a paper bag in a stiff breeze. Two split rings ($2 for a pack of 5) and that was solved. A light tap with a hammer keeps the pumping handle solidly in place but still allows you to remove it. A few extra bits and pieces and now it sports a flat fan nozzle. Given the next cheapest backpack sprayers from Bunnings are $70 then $173 (four times the price) and a Solo 425/475 runs at $265, you can't really complain if all you want to spend is $40. Thoroughly happy with mine.
I bought this product & the first time I filled it and put it on, one of the strap attachments broke and the other was just about to. Had to improvise with some wire to use the contents. Will be taking back for a refund. The pump part worked fine however I don’t like the twin nozzle as it doesn’t allow for a directional spray. It would be fine if you want to spray everything.
I read the reviews before purchasing this sprayer, noted the issues with the strap clips. The trick is simply to put the straps through the top holes and insert the clip into the strap loop and nothing more, if you follow the instructions you will break the clip, useless instructions! But do as I mentioned and no issues hauling full tanks. Pump handle is just sat onto the pump shaft and not fixed in place so that is a bit of a pain, I plan on drilling a hole and adding a Cotter pin to fix that. Sprayer pumps easily , sprays quite a lot and goes through a full tank fast. All in all I think it's great value for money , compared to other twice the price it holds its own.
Poor design. Straps are very uncomfortable and fall off easily. Pump handle comes off easily as well and is difficult to replace if you have it on your back. Sprays in a broad pattern, which is fine for my use but not for someone who wants more accuracy. Pump failed completely after 18 months and despite me pulling it apart and cleaning it, refuses to gain any pressure at all. I assume I'll need to replace some of the rubber internals - finding the parts is a problem.
Just got this and am very disappointed - not much point of making a backpack if the supplied straps aren't up to the task. only work properly if the unit is empty! As soon as you put anything in it the crap plastic clips let go. Much better options available for $20 more. I have a much better unit for my normal use but that is already full of chemicals for spraying so I thought I'd just get a cheaper one for a single use - what a mistake.
