I love it, I keep reusable plastic cups in the storage and my two yr old granddaughter thinks she is so grown up when she gets her own cup out and fills with cold water. A great product :-)

Hi, First i bought the bench top water cooler. It leaked from the bottom of the unit. I replaced it and upgraded to this free standing unit. Now it leaks from the water nozzle. Not Recommended

Really good value. Hot water is coffee ready and cold water is cold. Theres a little cabinet in the lower half of the unit that you can store your coffee, tea, sugar etc in as well. Its quiet and efficient. Really happy especially given the price.

Mostly junk - I'd spend more and get the upmarket one or get the budget one (which I used to have and was 10 times better)1) the under storage 'fridge' isn't remotely cold2) if you leave the heater on, the cold water evaporates after a couple of weeks3) hot tap is very hard to use4) no way to lock a tap open to fill5) the info labels stuck all over it are quite difficult to remove and look silly with them on
I bought this 6 weeks ago and it is unbelievably loud the compressor turns on for about 10mins every 30mins and you can barely think while it’s running will be throwing it out and getting a different brand,
