Great as long as your pool isnt too long (otherwise need additional hoses). Out pool is 9m long and it doesnt reach the whole way or avoids it. Not sure why. Hope to order additional hoses

Sadly was due to be delivered BY 4 December and not delivered by Aramex until pm on 20 December. No tracking update since pick up. No response to phone calls etc. Hopeless service. Got two emails saying national staff shortage! Don’t commit to deliver if you can’t meet the time frame and keep tracking updated. Tracking said it didn’t leave Melbourne. Such bad service. Pool cleaner is great.

I opened the box put the simple parts together and dropped the cleaner into the pool .No problem, it is going like a rocket around the pool, working very well and not stopping or sticking . I am very happy with this purchase . Thankyou. Gerry

Purchased this pool cleaner on MyDeal for a pool I purchased on MyDeal and the pool cleaner pipe does not fit the pool so I asked for a refund but Prime Cart is not responding. How do you get a refund on MyDeal if the product does not fit or work with another purchase on MyDeal?

hose is not very good as doesn't join correctly and allows air in. a solid hose would be a lot better. other than that product does its job sufficiently.

Tried all options, moving weight, changing length of hose, moving pool return eyeballs but still won't clean the whole pool. It just does repeat patterns, very little variation. Hose seems very rigid which limits flexibility. Old hose giving better result
