I have never owned a pair of slides. I recently broke my big toe and injured my whole foot so wearing shoes for the first couple of weeks was a no-go. I was told by my ortho specialist to start wearing shoes that are supportive of the whole foot. As my toe is still healing the thought of anything covering the toe was out of the question so I thought I'd buy some slides. These have been the best buy! They are so comfortable and take the strain off the rest of my foot whilst it's recovering. It has improved my gait and my natural pronation, plus they ease the discomfort of a small bunion. They look great too, very happy with the colour. I will be buying the thongs next as I am hooked on their supportive comfort. Great buy, very happy and would highly recommend.

I am finding the Archie Slides comfortable. More so than any other waterproof slide I have tried. The metatarsal bridge is further up under to toes and that is good. However, these slides do make my feet feel very sweaty. I donāt see that changing, but I am hopeful that I get used to it.I original went with what your size guide said and my foot measured exactly 10 cm which corresponded to a Womens 7. I had to exchange them for a Womens 8. Perfect fit. Other than waiting longer than I consider usual fir the original product to arrive, I would still give a good recommendation for these slides. Maybe new colors will be coming.

I bought two pairs of the slides. One in tan for my daughter and one in black for myself. I thought I would try them because I had tried the flip flops and love them so much. The slides are very comfortable. And I go back and forth between the slides and the flip flops. They are pretty much my everyday wear. The only thing I would say is that they run a little larger on the top of the foot than the flip flop. I have very thin feet and always have trouble with sandal type shoes being big on the top. The flip flops fit perfect which is hard for me to find. The slides fit great but a bit too moon top. I would say they are worth the purchase and will probably order another pair. I would say if you are a 1/2 size, to go up rather than down.

I had eyed up the original Archie's flip flops. but **** things between my toes and was concerned they were not wide enough. When the new slides arrived I was so excited! They looked a bit wider than the other style (I do not have the flip flops to know for sure). The price was a bit steaper, which I struggled to understand since they were not that much more in materials, but took the plunge any ways.I am so glad I did! I struggle to find slides with the right amount of support. I find there is either too much or not enough. These were just right! I have wide feet and the width fit just right. I did have to do the hot water trick to stretch the top band a bit to fit my feet that way. I have been wearing EVA slides from a major popular orthotic footwear brand for the past couple of years because I loved the soft squish of the EVA material and I need the arch support. I love them and they are super comfortable, but the Archieās slides are even more comfortable. Didnāt think that was even possible! Love that the band on my Archieās slides is more snug. They were the perfect width for me right out of the box and my foot feels so secure when I walk. Iām not worried about my shoe slipping off. I also love how the Archieās slides mold to my feet. I love that they are very shock absorbent and seem to have adjusted to my feet because the arch doesnāt feel so unusual anymore. I have quite high arches but the support has been good in all the right places. Iām a size 38 and I have pretty slim feet and if Iām not walking in them theyāre a bit tight across the top of my foot so I just slip them off when Iām sitting down. They are soooo supportive and comfortable. Now I am also in love with the slides! I have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis, and was unable to wear regular flip flops or sandals (or any shoes without high arch support). Most orthotic shoes are ugly, but these look like regular flip flops! I am going to order a second pair of slides for indoor shoes also, since I need support even walking around the house, and these are great whether also wearing socks or not. Iām obsessed. I was super excited about these shoes and immediacy purchased them and added my name to the waitlist. As far as the shoe is concerned. I love how light weight they are and the arch support is great. They do however rub the top of my foot. I am not sure if this is due to the shape of my foot or a problem with the actual rubber. But it runs enough to make a red mark . This only happens to my left foot. Itās been about 2 weeks of regular use and it is getting better, so be prepared to wrest them in if you donāt have narrow feet. Overall, they are worth repurchasing for the light weight, arch support and overall style. Be prepared to break them in if your feet are like mine. Iām a size 7- reg width.
