This made the difference between technically being able to mount and run my computer and being able to properly use it for gaming and other intensive tasks. With proper contact my temperatures are well controlled. This is a must for an LGA1700 build.

It makes a very solid impression. However, I received the cooler in revision 7, so I no longer had to install this kit.
Well, the build quality is superb, no complains about that.If you use the QR code on the Liquid Freezer 2 packaging to get to the Installation Guide, it's also super easy to install.I'm happy and satisfied, don't know what else to say.
I ordered a Liquid Freezer II kit last year before thinking I would upgrade my desktop and I realized that the current setup needs the mounting kit. I got it for free from Arctic and I respect them for doing that. It was a somewhat difficult to get it mounted as it was not clear which way to put the big metal piece. Make sure you use the 4 O rings, they are needed.
It was 18 Months ago when I purchase the Freezer II 240 in Japan local PC shop. After several months was past, new CPU LGA ( 1700 ) was announced.Under the this situation, I have to re-purchase the Freezer II 240 ( newly, included 1700 LGA support part) when I plan to build up the new home-build-PC ( that run LGA1700 CPU).Fortunately, I get the free service parts for LGA1700 support on this Freezer II 240 with your positive/attractive support mind.Thank you so much (A-RI-GA-TOH in Japanse )
All components working. Latest Revision (Rev 4) of the Liquid Freezer II (i.e. new stock not old stock)
Worked perfectly with the new motherboard and processor I recently upgraded to. Allowed me to keep my Arctic Liquid Freezer II RGB and its fabulous cooling & light show!
this artic freezer 2 360 is all it says it is and more , it cooled a intel i9 12900k with no problems.
