I had to see it for myself. This product is advertised as an original Arduino Uno R3 for about half the price I have been paying from another distributor. After purchasing two of these and inspecting them as well as using them in a couple of projects, I agree. They are original and function perfectly well with existing sketches. That said, this is a great value if you are looking for an Arduino and is not a knock-off.

Great board, versatile and really easy to learn how to code using python. A little disappointed that it doesn't come with a USB A to B power cable though. This needs to be made very clear when buying the board by itself.

Mostly I bought this because I'd never had any dealings with Arduino boards before and wanted to get an idea of what they were like to work with. It's a lot of fun to play with. Now I need to come up with a project for it.

Bought this for my husband as he's clearly already maxed out pimping up our house with Raspberry Pi's in the last few years.He was thrilled with this. Something about advancing his current projects. All I know is our living room looks like it belongs to a 14 year old streamer, but I gotta admit it's kind of cool.
Wanting to get into micro-controller programming, I've found the Arduino Uno the best way to go. It's easy to program real world practical applications. Buying a genuine Arduino rather than a cheap copy gives some support to the outstanding team behind the Arduino. As always excellent prompt service from Pimoroni.

The best mirco-controller board there is. Getting the original costs more but it is worth it as you know you are getting quality. The design is so simple and so useful. Recommend getting the original if you are starting out learning to code. The Happy Coder.
Using this SMD version to control my Zumo robot. SMD version gives more space to fit all the headers when used with Zumo shield. Shield v1.2 simple to solder and able to power complete robot with 4 AA batteries.
