As a person with ADD I have been struggling to focus and keep up with my work. This drink has been a lifesaver! Finally, I'm alert and motivated to get stuff done. The only suggestion is to watch your timing with this drink. When I first tried this I had two bottles of the performance over the course of a day. That night I was wired. I now know to just have a couple of sips when I need to focus on tasks. This has seriously been a brilliant addition to my diet and helping with my daily routine.

I’ve been drinking the Arepa drink for a couple of months now and straight away I found my concentration improved and the after lunch slump seems to have disappeared. I always have some in the fridge at home and work for a quick pickup. It has a really refreshing taste. I highly recommend this product.

Gives a good mental boost, not sure if I would order the still variety again though as I preferred the sparkling. Has a pleasant taste but for me a little strong on the butter side and the sparkling is a little sweeter. Still works great from keeping mental clearness though.
Really nice to drink if you water it down to about 4 glasses of water to 1 bottle. It gets me drinking more water with the added boost of mental clarity and knowing that I'm doing something good for my brain. Contains L-Theanine (calming) & enzogenol & vitamin C so a big thumbs up from me!
This product is over priced and over packaged. It had no effect what so ever. I used as directed for two weeks. It is simply a drink with nothing special.
What a fabulous drink, I put about 8mls in the bottom of my cup, fill with cold water from the fridge and top with about 8mls soy milk. I have this first thing when I wake up and it seems to give me a boost. Cheers Lesley
